At the end of 2006, a man named Lin Guangchang from Taiwan Province announced the dangers of milk on TV. Mr. Lin Guangchang's witty remarks had a great influence. For a time, milk sales in Shenyang, Changsha and other places plummeted. It is said that the daily sales volume in Shenyang has dropped by 80 tons.
In recent years, there has been a whirlwind surge in china dairy, and the sales of Mengniu liquid milk ranks first in the world, surpassing the sluggish western dairy industry in one fell swoop. This undoubtedly depends on the myth that "a bag of milk rejuvenates a nation". Lin Guangchang debunked this myth.
A battle to defend myths suddenly broke out all over the country. Television, newspapers and the Internet attacked Lin Guangchang (just like the attack on Zhang Wuben now). Fifteen authoritative experts in the fields of nutrition, food science and preventive medicine went into battle and jointly wrote an article denouncing the harmful theory of milk. The National Development and Reform Commission's Center for Public Nutrition Development declared that "milk causes cancer" is a fallacy. China Dairy Association took the lead in organizing the "milk seminar", and China Academy of Medical Sciences, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention and China Agricultural University gathered in Beijing to denounce the "harmful theory of milk". The experts at the meeting were furious and claimed to have a face-to-face debate with Lin Guangchang.
However, no expert has really fought Lin Guangchang face to face. Lin Guangchang's voice was blocked. Lin Guangchang is no longer on the TV screen. Lin Guangchang's rebuttal article on April 24th, 2007 could not be published, and no one knew it. Soon, rumors spread everywhere that Lin Guangchang was a liar and a fake doctor.
It doesn't matter who Lin Guangchang is, but it's interesting that the whole country is so afraid of what he said. Lin Guangchang is just a messenger-delivering information that some people think should be blocked to the people of China. The experts are very angry. They want to have a debate. Why not go to Dr. Campbell, the real founder of the theory of milk harmfulness? As long as we refute Campbell, who is known as "Einstein in the field of contemporary nutrition", and overturn the research documents and conclusions of western scientific research institutions on milk, we can not only make the world famous, but also convince the world that drinking milk is reasonable, so as not to be afraid that Yili, Mengniu and * * will not be drunk!
Milk causes a series of cancers such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and colorectal cancer.
In the past 30 years, there has been a breakthrough in nutrition, and a large number of documents about milk research have been accumulated. Here, I picked up several research reports on the carcinogenicity of milk.
In 2004, the Karolinska Institute in Sweden completed a study on milk and cancer, which proved that drinking a lot of milk would lead to ovarian cancer in women. They followed up 1084 women aged 38 to 76 on 13, of whom 266 women who love milk were diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and 125 women were not diagnosed yet. Women who drink dairy products more than four times a day have twice the incidence of ovarian cancer as women who drink dairy products twice a day.
Scientists from Harvard Medical School, Oxford University and Taiwan Province Medical University jointly found that IGF-I, a hormone substance in milk, accelerates and strengthens the exchange of potassium chloride ions between cell walls, leading to the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells and the accelerated growth of cervical cancer cells.
From June 5438 to October 2004 10, the New England Journal of Medicine published a research report on female breast cancer caused by milk. Danish researchers surveyed 1 17000 women and found that milk has a great promotion effect on breast cancer. Researchers believe that the sharp increase in the global incidence of breast cancer in the past 50 years is closely related to the increase in the consumption of milk and dairy products in people's diet. Researchers believe that drinking a lot of milk will increase the level of insulin-like growth factor -I in human body. Many studies have shown that almost every cancer is related to IGF-I, which is a key factor to promote the growth and reproduction of cancer cells.
Researchers in Philadelphia, USA, have confirmed that dairy products will increase the risk of prostate cancer in men through an epidemiological survey in recent years.
A research team in Boston, USA, conducted a 1 1 year follow-up survey on 20,885 American male doctors. Among the men who eat dairy products, 10 12 men have prostate cancer. Statistical analysis shows that the concentration of vitamin D3 in the plasma of men who consume 600 mg of calcium from dairy products every day is significantly reduced, and the risk of prostate cancer is greatly increased.
According to the epidemiological survey recently released by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, compared with men who hardly eat dairy products, men who regularly eat dairy products such as milk and yogurt have a higher risk of prostate cancer by about 60%. The results showed that the risk of prostate cancer was 1.53 times for the respondents who drank the most milk, and the more they drank, the higher the risk of prostate cancer. The risk of prostate cancer of the respondents who eat the most yogurt is 1.52 times that of those who hardly eat yogurt. Well, don't list too much. Here, I am happy to tell an interesting story about the carcinogenesis of milk to share with readers. British geochemist Jane plante developed breast cancer at the age of 50. Despite numerous treatments, cancer has been with her for ten years. When she relapsed for the fifth time, she had a lump the size of half an egg on her neck, and the doctor said she had only a few months to live. Desperate and strong, Professor plante no longer believes in doctors, and it is useless to believe in doctors. She was sentenced to death. She saved herself. She read the latest medical papers and learned that vegetarianism can fight cancer. She recalled that she had been to China thirty years ago. At that time, rural women in China did not drink milk, and almost no one suffered from breast cancer. She was inspired to give up two boxes of yogurt every day. To her surprise, the tumor on her neck miraculously disappeared after six weeks.
Professor plante is the chief scientist of the British Geological Bureau. Colleagues witnessed her tortuous process from repeated illness to recovery. Colleagues' relatives and friends got cancer and all came to her for help. Professor plante has cured more than 60 cancer patients by changing their diet and lifestyle. Why can vegetarianism and breast-feeding cure cancer? Professor plante studied hard, and she came to the conclusion that IGF- 1 (insulin-like growth factor 1) in milk makes women prone to breast cancer and men prone to prostate cancer. IGF- 1 is a carcinogen in milk itself, but the content of IGF- 1 is very low in previously naturally produced milk. Since people used hormones to stimulate dairy cows to produce a lot of milk, the content of IGF 1 in milk has increased several times to dozens of times, and the risk of cancer in milk is of course very serious. She thinks milk is more harmful than cigarettes.
In order to help more people stay away from the harm of milk and put down their own research topics, Professor plante, who is kind and helpful, specially wrote two books, Health in Your Own Hands, a course on milk and breast cancer, and established a publicity website.
Hiroshi Shintani, a famous American medical professor, has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years. Based on medical evidence, it is fully proved that milk can cause female breast cancer. He found that every breast cancer patient is a woman who loves to drink milk. Professor Kamiya Hiroshi has made outstanding contributions in the history of contemporary medicine. He created a medical miracle and cured countless cancers without recurrence. What magic weapon does he have to keep every patient who receives treatment from recurring? He told people in "No Patient" that his magic weapon is not to eat milk, meat, fish or eggs for at least five years after the patient has undergone tumor resection.
Why does milk cause a variety of tumor lesions? Campbell is a tenured professor at Cornell University and an authority on cancer research, especially in the field of carcinogenesis. Awarded "Lifelong Research Achievement Award" by American Cancer Institute. His research has found the answer for people. Campbell confirmed that protein in milk is a very strong carcinogen, and its carcinogenicity even exceeds that of chemicals. He said:
"In controlling the incidence of cancer, nutrition has a greater impact than chemical carcinogens or even extremely strong carcinogens. One kind in .................................................................................................................................................................................. is casein, accounting for 87% of milk protein. This protein will promote the occurrence of cancer at all stages. "
"High casein (the main protein in milk) diet makes more carcinogens enter cells, makes more dangerous carcinogen derivatives combine with DNA, causes more mutation reactions, and increases the possibility of cells mutating into protocancerous cells. Once these cells are activated, they will form more tumors. "
Milk-induced type I diabetes in children
Milk can not only make adults suffer from type II diabetes, but also make children suffer from type I diabetes. Because of space limitation, I didn't want to talk about this problem, but there are too many children who drink milk, and it is difficult to treat type I diabetes for life. Once a child becomes type I diabetes, his later life will depend on exogenous insulin injection, which is terrible. So I can't help but say. How does milk make children suffer from type I diabetes? Campbell discussed it in the China Health Survey Report, and my excerpt is as follows:
"In type I diabetes, the immune system attacks pancreatic cells that produce insulin. This destructive and incurable disease mainly occurs in children. It has brought great pain and difficult experience to young parents. But most people don't know that this disease has something to do with our diet, especially the dairy products we consume every day. Protein in milk induces type I diabetes, which has been recorded in the literature for a long time. This process may be like this:
Not long after breast-feeding, babies begin to feed milk protein, which is probably the milk protein in infant formula.
After entering the small intestine, milk is broken down into amino acid fragments.
For some babies, milk cannot be completely digested, so this small chain or fragment of the original protein amino acid remains in the small intestine.
This incompletely digested protein fragment is absorbed into the blood.
The immune system recognizes these fragments, treats them as foreign invaders, and begins to destroy them.
Unfortunately, these protein fragments are identical to pancreatic cells that produce insulin.
The immune system lost the ability to recognize protein fragments of milk and pancreatic cells, and began to attack them, resulting in the destruction of children's insulin production function.
In 12 countries 14 children, the investigation on the relationship between milk intake and the incidence of type I diabetes found that there was a very good linear relationship between them. It can be seen that the more milk intake, the higher the prevalence of type I diabetes. In Finland, the incidence of type I diabetes is 36 times that of Japan. At the same time, Finland has the highest average milk intake, but it is very low in Japan. "
In view of the problem that milk is harmful to children's health, the American Academy of Pediatrics strongly recommends in 1994 that if diabetes is common among family members, babies born in this family should not take any milk for two years.
What I want to emphasize here is that milk can cause a series of other chronic diseases besides cancer and diabetes. Campbell said: "There is no doubt about the scientific evidence, and the research conclusion is shocking: animal protein, especially casein, which accounts for 87% of milk protein, will significantly increase the incidence of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, kidney calculi's disease, osteoporosis, hypertension, cataract and Alzheimer's disease."
Many people find it difficult to accept that milk is harmful to health. Dairy farmers, dairy farmers and employees of dairy enterprises, milk is their rice bowl; Dairy manufacturers, dairy sellers and dairy packers, milk is their cash cow. How can they face such a reality?
I don't want this to be true either. However, this is very frustrating. So far, there is no scientific research achievement in the world to prove that milk is harmless.
Speaking of the ruthless reality of milk, Campbell said: "I grew up in a dairy farm, drinking milk and eating beef." I hate to see the fact that I deny milk and beef. " But I have to tell you, it's true. "
The more milk you drink, the more calcium you lack.
There are two points in this question.
(1) The calcium content of milk is not high. 100g milk contains calcium 1 1 0g, while100g kelp contains calcium1177mg, which is1/0 times higher than milk. Many vegetables have much higher calcium content than milk. For example, the calcium content of sesame is 9 times higher than that of milk, bracken is 8 times higher than that of milk, and the calcium content of tofu, kohlrabi, Chinese cabbage, oilseeds and amaranth is 1.5 ~ 3 times higher than that of milk. In vegetables, the calcium content of carrots is relatively low, but 100 carrots also have 33 mg of calcium, which is not much less than milk. Pick any green leafy vegetable, and the calcium content will not be lower than that of milk. As long as you eat vegetables, you won't be short of calcium.
If there are watermelons and sesame seeds in front of children, children will definitely choose watermelons because watermelons are bigger than sesame seeds. People choose food to supplement calcium. If there are kelp, tofu and milk in front of you, people are likely to choose milk directly, but they don't know how to choose cheap tofu and kelp rich in calcium. Are people not as smart as children? No, people mistakenly believe a lie that is repeated every day: "milk supplements calcium."
(2) Drinking milk will lead to calcium deficiency. For example, the four countries that drink the most milk per capita-the United States, Finland, Denmark and Sweden-have the most serious calcium deficiency. There are many people with broken bones in these countries. One third of American women who drink the most milk suffer from osteoporosis.
People who don't drink milk don't lack calcium. Western scientists in Africa found that African mottled women never drink milk, and calcium is completely obtained from vegetables. The average number of children born by women in their lifetime is 10, and each child is breastfed for more than one year. Mothers breast-feed their children and consume a lot of calcium every day, but women in their lives are not short of calcium.
Thirty years ago, people in China seldom drank milk, especially the rural population never drank milk, and calcium deficiency was unheard of. An 80-year-old farmer can carry heavy burdens with strong waist and strong teeth. It can be seen from the above facts that people who normally eat whole grains and vegetables will not be short of calcium at all, but once they drink milk or eat meat, calcium deficiency may occur. Because of drinking milk or eating meat, human body fluids and blood become acidic, and alkaline calcium is dissolved from bones to neutralize acidity. After completing its mission, calcium becomes waste and is discharged from the urethra. This is how calcium is lost. The more milk you drink, the more acidic your body is, and the more calcium you lose. It can be seen that the more milk you drink, the more calcium you lack.
