(4) If the same article is published or reprinted for many times, it will be treated as the highest publication.
Within the number of articles specified in the evaluation conditions, the following articles cannot be counted and can only be used as reference for evaluation:
(1) Co-publishing non-ranked articles.
(2) Articles that have not been published in the journal numbered CNXX-YYYYZ.
③ Articles collected in comprehensive (encyclopedia) journals.
(4) Articles that have only been exchanged at various professional conferences or selected in various papers, but have not been published.
⑤ Articles whose professional scope, grade, article length and content do not meet the requirements.
