Ford class, these two aircraft carriers are not comparable at all. The Ulyanovsk was designed and built together with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, aiming at the US military. Performance and combat effectiveness are also on the same level as Nimitz (slightly weaker than Nimitz). Ford is superior to Nimitz in fighting capacity and performance level. The unfinished nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the former Soviet Union is simply not comparable to the Ford class.

Conceptually speaking, Ulyanovsk is the product of the mechanized era, and Ford is the product of the information age. The two are not on a technical level. In addition, there is a certain gap in tonnage between Ulyanovsk and Nimitz, not to mention Ford.
