Conceptually speaking, Ulyanovsk is the product of the mechanized era, and Ford is the product of the information age. The two are not on a technical level. In addition, there is a certain gap in tonnage between Ulyanovsk and Nimitz, not to mention Ford.
What can really be compared with the Ulyanovsk is the American Enterprise (the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the United States). I don't need to introduce the difference between the technical level of the enterprise and Ford for many years, and so do Ulyanovsk and Ford.
I can really write a paper by comparing the specific data. I won't go into details here.
