Zhengqing Chen, 1947128 was born in Xiangtan, Hunan Province. He is an expert in engineering mechanics, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, a professor and doctoral supervisor of Hunan University's School of Civil Engineering, and the director of Hunan University's Wind Engineering Experimental Research Center. Zhengqing Chen has been engaged in engineering mechanics research of large structures such as bridges for a long time.
