In Word, the default is a section, and the page numbers of each section are continuous. If you want to be in a Word document:

(1) Page numbers are not displayed on the home page.

② The second, third and fourth pages show II II III of Roman numerals. ...

(3) Future, 123 ...

Section break must be inserted to divide the document into two parts so that the page numbers can be set separately.

Operating steps:

1. Click the button displayed in the lower right corner of the page layout tab;

2. Pop up the page setup dialog box, select the layout tab, and select different check boxes on the home page;

3. Place the cursor at the top of page 2, and click Page Layout → Separator → section break → Next Section, as shown;

4. Double-click the mouse at the footer of the second page to enter the footer editing state;

5. click the header and footer-> link to the previous header button to disconnect from the previous section;

6. click on the header and footer tool design-> page number-> page number format;

7. The page number format dialog box pops up, and the Roman numeral format is selected at the number format; Select the starting page number at the page number, and enter 0 in the input box;

8. click on the header and footer tool design-> page number-> ordinary No.2 at the bottom of the page, as shown in the figure.

9. Place the cursor at the footer of page 5 and repeat steps 3, 5, 6 and 7. At step 7,

Select Arabic numeral format in numbering format; Select the starting page number at the page number, and enter 1 in the input box.
