There are some static pages in webroot. System, that's the shelf package of Java, which is used for code import in src.

I don't quite understand what you mean by quoting code. If it is your own graduation thesis, then the code references in computer graduation thesis are usually in the detailed design, and the codes in src and webroot can be used.
