Many graduates think that employment is as simple as learning their professional knowledge at school and finding a job suitable for them after graduation, so they turn a blind eye to various employment guidance services provided by the school, such as employment and entrepreneurship lectures, psychological information, curriculum guidance services, career planning guidance, etc., which makes it difficult for them to achieve comprehensive improvement in their future employment.
(D) The current talent training mechanism in art colleges does not match the social needs.
Art students study systematically through the talent training mechanism formulated by the school during their school days. The talent training mechanism determines the major setting of the school, the comprehensive quality of students and the knowledge structure of students. The employment rate of fresh graduates has become the touchstone to test whether the talent training mechanism of the school is correct, and it is also the steering wheel of the teaching and education reform of the school. However, at present, art schools and other comprehensive schools are expanding their enrollment, but the employment problem has not been highly valued, which makes the employment problem of various schools continue.
(V) The social transformation period has brought new challenges to the employment of art colleges.

However, due to the characteristics and attributes of higher education, it is difficult for it to get rid of traditional ideas, keep pace with the times, emancipate its mind and quickly respond to the employment problems brought about by social transformation.

(1) Keep pace with the times and broaden our thinking.
Most students studying in art colleges have keen intuition, can perceive the development direction of the next season's trend in advance, and firmly grasp the pulse of the fashion trend. People who work in art colleges need to keep up with the pace of students, take the initiative to accept new tools and technologies, actively use social communication tools that college students like to publicize employment information, make the publicity content more artistic, take the initiative to publicize instead of passive communication, increase the interest of college students in job hunting, and enable them to obtain better employment services.
(B) Do a good job in ideological education of students, and broaden students' ideas of job hunting and career selection.
In order to better serve the employment of fresh graduates, promote economic and social development, explore the employment ideas of fresh graduates of art and solve the practical problems of graduates' employment, China strongly encourages and guides fresh graduates to work at the grassroots level, and has successively formulated and promulgated the "College Students Volunteer Service Plan for the West", "Medical Education Scholarship Plan" and "Rural Compulsory Education Special Post Teacher Plan". Compared with the graduates of comprehensive schools, the "three supports and one support plan", "village official plan" and "fresh graduates" have more professional expertise, and can better show their special advantages and realize their self-worth in grassroots employment activities.
(3) Grasp the trend of the times and solve the employment problem by combing the fundamental problems.
Under the background of the existence of colleges and universities, it is necessary to realize the development of art colleges and universities and alleviate the employment problem of fresh graduates of art colleges and universities under the background of economic transformation, social development and industrial adjustment. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the employment information of previous graduates, the future development of art colleges, whether horizontal or vertical, connotative development or extensional expansion, should keep up with the development of the times, and at the same time have a long-term vision, adapt to the direction of social development, the guidance of national system and the development prospect of global economy, so that art colleges can identify the direction and goal of education development, the training mechanism of core talents, adjust knowledge content and professional settings, and train art students in a targeted manner. In a word, art colleges can solve all kinds of employment problems more comprehensively and perfectly only by opening their eyes, expanding their thinking and keeping pace with the times.
