By using the methods of literature, expert interview, video observation, mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis, this paper analyzes the application of wrestling techniques in the first Sanda competition of Hubei Normal University. The results show that the main wrestling movements in Sanda competition are: holding the leg to the top, holding the leg, hooking the leg and kicking the leg and cutting the leg forward. The application trend of Sanda wrestling technology in our hospital is put forward: fast wrestling, skill wrestling, combination of wrestling and boxing and leg wrestling. It provides theoretical and practical basis for Sanda training in our college.

Although the wrestling methods of Sanda are similar to Chinese wrestling, international wrestling, judo, etc., due to the restrictions of Sanda rules (using wrestling method, holding down the opponent for 2s does not score), the wrestling methods of Sanda gradually formed the characteristics of fast speed and unfixed grip. So when you use wrestling, you must be quick and in place. Sanda wrestling can reflect two main types of wrestling from the form of expression.
