In word, click the reference at the top to enter the reference ribbon.
2. Click Insert Reference
On the Citations ribbon, click Insert Citation, and then click Add New Source.
Step 3 Enter information
In the new interface, enter the reference information and click OK to complete the citation.
References usually include:
Monographs, papers and reports. ② Periodical articles. (3) files deposited in the file set. ④ Dissertation. ⑤ Newspaper articles.
Correct writing format of references:
① Monographs, papers and reports: serial number, principal responsible person, document name, document type identification, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, starting and ending page numbers, etc.
② Periodical articles: serial number, principal responsible person, document title J, publication name, year, volume (issue), starting and ending page numbers.
③ Precipitated documents in the paper set: serial number, principal responsible person of the precipitated document, title A of the precipitated document, principal responsible person of the original document, title C of the original document, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, starting and ending page numbers.
(4) Dissertation: serial number, principal, document title D, place of publication, publishing unit, year of publication, starting and ending page numbers (optional).
⑤ Newspaper articles: serial number, main person in charge, document title n, newspaper name, publication date (edition).
