Ma Ruofei, male, born in June, 1926, 165438, Hui nationality. Dean and chief physician of Beijing Haidian Children's Hospital with Neurological Disability. 1955 graduated from Beijing Medical College. 1955- 1978, resident, director of otolaryngology and deputy director of infectious diseases department of Beijing Children's Hospital. 1978 transferred to Xiyuan Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine as director of pediatrics. During this period, Chinese medicine was used to treat children's nervous system diseases. After ten years of careful research, we have made outstanding achievements in treating children's cerebral palsy, mental retardation, intractable epilepsy and other diseases. In order to meet the needs of patients, Beijing Haidian Children's Hospital with Neurological Disability was established, 1988, and served as the director of the hospital. In the past ten years, the hospital has developed into a pediatric neurology hospital with initial scale. There are high, medium and low-grade beds 120, and more than 80 employees. In the past ten years, more than 50,000 patients from all over the country and more than 20 overseas countries have been treated, and nearly 5,000 people have been hospitalized. According to preliminary statistics, about 1500 children are disabled or reintegrated into society. The effective rate of cerebral palsy treatment is over 97%, and the remarkable rate (disability is reduced by more than one level) is over 50%. The research topic of "medical rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy" has passed the expert appraisal hosted by Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1998 and won the first prize of scientific and technological achievements. Participated in more than 20 international and domestic academic exchanges and published more than 20 papers. He won the second individual advanced and collective advanced award of laser blood therapy research in traditional Chinese medicine, and the advanced individual award of Beijing and Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was elected as the executive director of China Pediatric Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the executive director of China Rehabilitation Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the executive director of the Professional Committee of Intellectual Disability of China Disabled People's Society, enjoying a good reputation at home and abroad.
