Training can take the form of organizing a technical lecture hall, focusing on the related technologies in a certain field and the bottleneck technologies that restrict the development of this field, and hiring experts and scholars at home and abroad and internal technical experts of enterprises to conduct interdisciplinary professional training and exchanges.

According to the direction of expert post, choose similar laboratories to visit and inspect. For example, the "Oil and Gas Resources and Exploration Laboratory" of Youshi University in China; Laboratory of Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology and Development Engineering; Chengdu University of Technology; The "Welding Production Technology Laboratory" of Harbin Institute of Technology, as well as laboratories in Tsinghua University, Jilin University and Nanjing University also have similar oil fields. Oilfield enterprises are mainly Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield and Southwest Oil and Gas Field. A series of advanced technologies have been formed in the exploration and development of Daqing Oilfield. Liaohe oilfield has formed a number of advanced and characteristic technologies, such as "enhanced oil recovery technology of heavy oil huff and puff thermal recovery, exploration technology of special oil and gas reservoirs"; Changqing oilfield has mastered the core technology of exploration and development of "three low" oil and gas fields. These oil fields have their own characteristics, and experts learn from each other and promote each other through investigation and exchange.

2. Institutions and teachers

The main industries involved by oilfield technical experts are "oilfield exploration, development, oil and gas recovery, tertiary oil recovery, drilling, logging, surface engineering, chemical technology, hydropower communication" and so on. After the training, experts should combine their departments and majors to come up with experience or write papers to test the learning effect.
