What is the compensation standard for the wrong party's divorce?
Legal subjectivity:

The compensation standard for the fault party's divorce includes material compensation and spiritual compensation. Compensation for material damage mainly means that one party conceals and misappropriates the joint property of husband and wife during the marriage, resulting in property losses of the innocent party, and the innocent party can be required to compensate for material losses without fault; Mental compensation means that if one of the spouses has a major fault, which leads to the breakdown of the marriage relationship and causes property or mental losses to the innocent party, the guilty party should make compensation. The limitation of action for divorce damages is three years. It shall be counted from the date when the beneficiary knows or should know that the right has been damaged. However, the people's court will not support the request for damages that the parties have explicitly given up when they agreed to divorce. According to Article 188 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the limitation of action for requesting protection of civil rights from the people's court is three years. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail. The limitation period of action shall be counted from the date when the creditor knows or should know that the right is damaged and the debtor knows it. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail. However, the people's court shall not protect the rights that have been damaged for more than 20 years. Under special circumstances, the people's court may decide to extend the time according to the application of the obligee. According to Article 21 of the Civil Procedure Law, a civil action brought against a citizen shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court where the defendant is domiciled; If the defendant's domicile is inconsistent with his habitual residence, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court of habitual residence. A civil lawsuit brought against a legal person or other organization shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court where the defendant is domiciled. If the domicile and habitual residence of several defendants in the same lawsuit are under the jurisdiction of two or more people's courts, they shall be under the jurisdiction of each people's court.
