However, in the actual operation process, many teachers have not mastered effective teaching methods, resulting in extremely low teaching efficiency, and students' interest in fashion design courses is not as good as expected. Students majoring in fashion design have their own characteristics, and experiential cognition can arouse their interest and deepen their memory. Therefore, in the process of fashion design teaching, teachers must take experiential teaching as the main means of fashion education. Experiential teaching refers to the combination of students' learning and life practice, so that they can produce natural associations in their lives in their studies and associations in their studies in their lives. If life and study are intertwined, students majoring in clothing will have higher learning efficiency, deeper understanding and stronger perception. Specifically, teachers should have an equal dialogue with students in teaching, be persuasive, inspire students to think about various problems, accept students' inquiries and answer children's thinking. Only by adopting experiential teaching method can clothing education better inspire their thinking, increase their imagination and improve their interest.
Second, the comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods
1. Differential teaching
Differential teaching refers to adopting different teaching methods for different groups of students according to their different characteristics. This method is very important for the course design of fashion design in secondary vocational schools. In view of the learning characteristics of boys and girls in the course of fashion design in secondary vocational schools, teachers should focus on counseling boys and girls in the explanation and operation of fashion design knowledge in secondary vocational schools. In these three aspects, teachers can combine hierarchical teaching with differential teaching, adopt the method of hierarchical teaching first and then differential teaching, or adopt the method of differential teaching first and then hierarchical teaching.

Hierarchical teaching is a teaching method that aims at students' academic performance and adopts different teaching methods for students of different levels to improve the grades of different types of students. After the teacher counts the students' final exam results or monthly exam results, the students are reasonably stratified according to their answer scores. After dividing levels, teachers should adopt different teaching methods and assign different homework to students at each level. In both cases, teachers can implement hierarchical teaching according to students' enthusiasm. Specifically, teachers can divide students who study fashion design into groups with high enthusiasm, groups with high enthusiasm, groups with general enthusiasm and groups with poor enthusiasm, and then implement different teaching strategies for different types of students. Through this method, students' initiative is constantly enhanced, so that they can actively integrate into the teaching process of fashion design and let students study happily in a relaxed atmosphere. If so, the interaction between teachers and students will continue to increase, and the clothing teaching classroom will become rich and colorful. Enhancing the appeal of teaching is also very important for music teaching. If teachers are more infectious, students' emotions will become very strong. In the process of fashion design, music teachers can enhance teachers' teaching appeal by introducing clothing experience interaction.
To sum up, the clothing major course in secondary vocational schools is one of the main courses that clothing major students focus on. The quality of students' grades and their operational ability will have a vital impact on students' employment and the teaching level of secondary vocational teachers. Therefore, teachers' teaching methods are very important. However, in the teaching process of clothing specialty in secondary vocational schools, there are still problems such as improper teaching methods of teachers and low enthusiasm of students. In the teaching process of fashion design course, students' interest is very important. Teachers should take cultivating students' interest as the starting point in specific teaching, and comprehensively adopt the methods of hierarchical teaching, differential teaching and interactive teaching.
