The education system advocates bilingual teaching, bilingual office in minority areas and bilingual learning by civil servants. There are 32 ethnic minorities in our county. Apart from the Han nationality, Kazakhs have the largest population, mainly living in Qingshui River, Taxi River and Hankazitan.
