Third, the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of the people of all ethnic groups in our county have been significantly improved, and minority cadres and talent teams have grown sturdily. However, in the process of carrying out publicity and education on national unity, we have gradually discovered that there are still some omissions in the inheritance and development of excellent minority cultures. There are 56 ethnic minorities in China, but how many excellent national cultures have we passed down? Personally, I think the most basic problem lies in the inheritance and communication of language. In a bilingual class, Kazakh teacher told me a true story, which is still fresh in my memory. At an Akon concert, a foreign Kazakh linguist shuttled through the conference site and asked every Kazakh comrade the same question: What are the two words of the beginning and the end of Kazakh? But every comrade who asks, including many old comrades, answers the same thing: the words at the beginning and the end are the same. Are these two words the same in Kazakh? Later, the scholar published a paper on this issue, revealing the answer to people. In fact, the starting point and the ending point are different words in Kazakh, but in the ordinary communication process, everyone is used to saying the word starting point, so that the meaning of the ending point is replaced by the starting point, and the word ending point is gradually forgotten by everyone ... Language is a magical voice, an indispensable tool in the process of human communication, and mastering one or more minority languages is also a skill. Therefore, promoting, learning and developing bilingualism is also a good start to promote national unity and progress. Now the bilingual work in Xinjiang is a good opportunity. The education system advocates bilingual teaching, bilingual office in minority areas and bilingual learning by civil servants. There are 32 ethnic minorities in our county. Apart from the Han nationality, Kazakhs have the largest population, mainly living in Qingshui River, Taxi River and Hankazitan. Therefore, it is very important to inherit and develop Kazak language and culture. At the same time, this move is also the basis for inheriting and developing excellent minority cultures. First, there are good conditions for ethnic minorities in our county to learn Chinese and for Han people to learn Kazakh. Because of the large Kazakh population in our county, it is inevitable that there will be Han comrades in contact with Kazakh comrades in daily life and work exchanges, so that we can communicate better. Second, learning Kazakh by Han comrades is a skill improvement. In the process of learning Kazakh, they will come into contact with some Kazakh living habits and national customs, which is also the inheritance and development of Kazakh excellent national culture. Third, the study of Kazakh by Han comrades in minority areas is conducive to the development of work, the promotion of the spirit of the party's meeting and various policies to benefit the people and the people, and the enhancement of the government's credibility among minority comrades. 4.
