Geographical location and traffic of Xiamen Port

Xiamen Port is a natural deep-water port along the southeast coast of China. It is located at 24 29 north latitude and118 04 east longitude. The time zone is Dongba District, between Shanghai and Guangzhou, at Jinmen Bay in the southeast of Fujian Province and at the mouth of Jiulong River. Only ships can pass through, and there are no lights floating in the passage. Songyu port area

Songyu Port Area: On the basis of giving full play to the role of existing coal and refined oil terminals, we will focus on developing container trunk transportation and become one of the main port areas for container trunk transportation in Hong Kong.

Liuwudian Port Area: a long-term key development area of Xiamen Port, focusing on container transportation and port-facing industry development, serving economic and trade cooperation and "three links" with Taiwan.

Passenger port area

Passenger port area: develop international passenger transport and "three links" between Taiwan and Taiwan, ro-ro transport in the bay and short-distance passenger transport along the coast and in the region. Including Xiamen Port International Tourist Passenger Terminal and Peace Terminal, the design scope of Xiamen Port International Tourist Passenger Terminal exceeds 28 hectares. Among them, a large-scale international cruise ship berth will be built in the northern section of the coastline, with the water depth at the wharf front of-12.4m and the coastline length of 509.56m, which can reliably berth140,000-ton large-scale cruise ships. Two 89-meter-long floating docks and two 35-meter-long floating docks are planned for the southern section of the coastline. The berths function as small passenger terminals and port operation terminals respectively. The planning scope includes tourist passenger building, hotel, artificial canal, serviced apartment, exhibition center, leisure square and other supporting facilities.

Zhao Yin Port Area

Zhao Yin Port Area: Relying on the economy of Zhangzhou Development Zone and the south bank of Xiamen Bay, we will focus on the development of container and groceries transportation, taking into account the ro-ro passenger transport in the Bay and the Strait. Zhangzhou port has built seven berths with a production capacity of 920,000 TEUs and 7 million tons of bulk cargo.

Houshigang district

Houshi Port Area: Relying on the large-scale port-facing industrial port area of the rear port-facing heavy chemical industrial zone, we will focus on developing bulk cargo terminals. Include a 10-ton wharf and a 5,000-ton wharf.

Shima port area

Shima Port Area: It mainly serves the transportation of local materials in Zhangzhou City and Longhai City, and serves the passengers on both sides of Jiulong River and between Xiamen. There are 34 berths for passenger and cargo production in Shima Port Area, most of which are simple and small production berths. Future port planning

Xiamen Port Haicang Port Area Phase I Project

(Berths 1, 5 and 6)

Berth 1 of the first phase project of the port area is a 65438+100000 dwt container berth with a length of 443.5m, a water depth of-17.5m and a berthing area of 86m. Berths 5 and 6 are all 20,000-ton multi-purpose berths, with a total length of 390 meters, and the water depth at the wharf front is-15.3 meters. The recent designed annual throughput of the three berths is 460,000 TEU containers and 400,000 tons of groceries, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2006.

Haicang West Port Area (Haicang Port 14 # ~ 22 # Berths) is planned to build six 65,438+million-ton container berths and three 50,000-ton multi-purpose terminals, with an annual container handling capacity of about 4 million TEUs and a cargo handling capacity of about 40 million tons. Haicang West Port Area 14 # ~ 22 # Berths are located on the north bank of Jiulong River Estuary, and Xiamen Haicang Investment Company is responsible for organizing the development and construction. Songyu port area

Seven large container berths will be built in Songyu Port Area, which can connect the fifth and sixth generation container ships with tonnage exceeding 654.38+10,000 tons. Among them, three 65438+ million-ton container berths and 1 small wharf will be built on the south bank of Songyu Port Area, with coastline1246m and front water depth-17.00m.. Two 6,543,800+10,000-ton berths and 6,543,800+30,000-ton berths will be built on the east coast. After the first phase of Nan 'an Project is put into production, the container throughput can reach 6.5438+200,000 TEUs a year.

donggang area

This port area is another important port area for the long-term planning and development of Xiamen Port, focusing on container transportation, port industry development and port logistics. The coastline is planned to be 1.9km, and five berths above 10,000 tons will be built, with a comprehensive cargo handling capacity of160,000 tons and a container handling capacity of 2 million tons of TEUs.
