Insert a picture in the document, double-click the left mouse button on the picture, and then click the text wrapping at the top right of the page, and select the corresponding text wrapping method as needed, as long as it is not "embedded". Or you can insert a picture, right-click it and choose Format Picture. Select "Layout" in the picture setting window, select the corresponding text wrapping form, and select the alignment method. After the change, you can move the picture. You can also rotate the picture by holding down the left mouse button on the green dot above the picture.

After inserting a picture, right-click the picture, and select Picture Format and Layout in the pop-up menu, and then select a layout other than Embedded (it cannot be embedded). After confirmation, your picture can be moved at will and will not move with the change of document format.
