"Doing something extra hard" means learning culture. /kloc-in the first half of the 9th century, German educator Herbart said: "The only job and all jobs of education can be summarized by this concept-morality." In the new period of socialism in China, the fundamental task of teachers is also clearly put forward: people's teachers should implement the party's educational policy to educate students.
Make students develop morally, intellectually and physically in an all-round way and become qualified talents for socialist modernization.
Putting virtue in the first place is because virtue regulates the use of talents and plays the role of soul and commander in chief. Any society or class should not only cultivate young students' intellectual ability, but also give them ideological and moral education first, so that they can become people with both ability and political integrity expected by this society or class. School education has a great influence on teenagers' ideology and morality, and every teacher shoulders the heavy responsibility of "teaching and educating people". Therefore, in the spirit of overall responsibility, we should infiltrate moral education into teaching, carry out ideological and political education for students, cultivate students' moral quality with materialism, develop students' intelligence and physical strength, and make them all-round people.
However, in our teaching, there is a phenomenon that we only pay attention to intellectual education and ignore moral education. In fact, moral education is an important part of teachers' teaching content. From my teaching experience, I deeply understand the importance of infiltrating moral education in teaching, which is one of the important channels to complete the task of moral education.
Taking Chinese teaching as an example, this is a subject closely related to moral education and intellectual education, and each class should have a certain moral education teaching goal. Therefore, moral education must penetrate into the teaching process. For example, in the article Encourage Learning, the author uses two metaphors: "shine on you" and "ice is cooler than water" to illustrate the importance of learning and reform. He also used two examples to infer people, that is, "if you are learned, you will know what is clear and you won't do anything wrong", so that students can sum up the author's intentions. "People can only reach a high level through study and study." In this way, students not only analyzed the argument of the article-the importance of learning, but also improved their understanding ideologically. The article also demonstrates the correct learning methods and attitudes with positive and negative comparisons such as "insects and crabs", "fear of anger", "perseverance" and "perseverance", and inspires them to sum up the current situation of weak learning motivation and carry out education in time. Students fully realize that people's morality, knowledge and talents are not innate, but can be acquired through acquired learning and unremitting efforts. Another example is the article "Teacher's Theory", in which Han Yu demonstrated "the way of teachers and the criteria for selecting teachers", and clearly put forward the viewpoint that "teachers exist without being expensive and cheap, without being long and short" and the progressive thought that "disciples need not be inferior to teachers, teachers need not be superior to disciples, and have dictatorship in skills". The author criticized the bad atmosphere of the upper class at that time, only paid attention to the level of schoolmates and girls, but ignored the real talent and practical learning, and put forward a brand-new teaching concept of being a teacher by example.
These have far-reaching social significance for us today. The phenomenon that society looks down on teachers and does not attach importance to education is also a phenomenon that we criticize. Then, by comparing the three groups of "modern people" and "ancient sages", "numerous sons" and "body", "people skilled in witchcraft and music" and "scholar-bureaucrat's home", this paper fully demonstrates and criticizes the bad atmosphere that the upper-level "scholar-bureaucrat's home" does not treat the teacher's way as a joke. From this, students can be fully aware of the necessity and importance of learning from teachers, so that students can establish the idea of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching, and cultivate their modest and studious style of study.
The infiltration of moral education in teaching is characterized by making students receive ideological and moral education naturally. Therefore, when preparing lessons, our teachers should purposefully design their own teaching and integrate moral education into the teaching process. It can be said that moral education infiltration is a good opportunity for teachers' education and students' self-education. Paying attention to the infiltration of moral education in teaching means paying attention to its main role and dynamic role in ideological and moral education. In this way, students can consciously reflect, enhance their ability of self-education, and thus improve their moral cultivation. Only when teachers can "teach and educate people" can our teaching be considered successful.
