This paper introduces the development status of PLC technology, analyzes the advantages and working principle of PLC technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment, probes into the concrete application of PLC technology in electromechanical control system, and discusses and analyzes the guarantee of coal mine production quality, so as to realize the efficient development of coal mine electromechanical control system and provide scientific suggestions for enterprise management.

PLC technology adopts digital operating system, and its logic and automation functions are very powerful. Compared with the traditional mechanical and electrical equipment, due to the adoption of digital simulation technology, the control of various mechanical equipment is more sensitive and reliable, which can effectively control the mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mines, ensure the safety performance of coal mining, improve the production efficiency of coal mines and bring huge economic benefits to enterprises.

PLC technology mainly combines a large number of programmable memories, analyzes and calculates the data instructions stored in them efficiently, and then uses digital-analog technology to input and output all kinds of data to ensure the reasonable operation of the whole system. At present, the application of computer information technology and automation technology to PLC technology is an innovation of traditional electrical technology, which automates the whole coal mining work and improves the coal mining efficiency. The PLC control system is very small, which is different from the original large machine. The transportation of traditional large shearer is very difficult, but the transportation of PLC control equipment is very simple, and the maintenance steps are simplified, only a few main components need to be ensured to work normally. It is precisely because of its remarkable advantages that PLC technology is widely used in coal mining [1].

3PLC technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment working principle
The PLC technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment is divided into three processes, including input sampling, program execution and output refresh. These three processes are called a working cycle, and PLC technology runs repeatedly to complete the scheduled program.
3. 1 input sampling
Input sampling stage is the basic link of PLC control system, which mainly uses scanner equipment to scan specific data and run programs, and stores the scanned data in the corresponding image area, and then transmits the scanned data to the processing layer. After the sampling is completed, the data analysis operation is carried out comprehensively. At this stage, pay attention to separate sampling data. In the later stage of operation, the scanned data information cannot be changed. After the system completes the input sampling work, it must save the sampling data, and then proceed to the program execution stage.
3.2 Program execution process
After the input sampling process is completed, PLC technology installs sampling data information in ladder diagram mode for scanning. In the process of scanning, logical calculation is needed, and the calculation order is kept from the left line to the right line and from the upper side to the lower side. Then, the scanning data is obtained according to the computer network, and the data program in this area is updated. At this stage, it is necessary to keep the input sampling data unchanged and the input point cannot be changed to maintain consistency and integrity. Because the changes of input points and sampling data will affect the execution operation and lead to loopholes in the system, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the execution result cannot be changed.
3.3 Output refresh process
After completing the input sampling and executing the program, the last step is the output refresh stage. Through PLC integration, all the data and information in the above stages are summarized and analyzed, and the data information is output according to the summary results, and the whole PLC electromechanical automation equipment is effectively controlled according to these information, so as to realize the overall operation of the PLC system.

When the winch is running, PLC technology can be used to control the working direction of the winch. Because there is a counting device in the PLC system, it can record the number of times the switch touches and closes. If you only change the start button once in a short time, you can make the switch touch the lower part of the winch, which will generate attractive force and urge the winch to move down.
4.2 Application in Crane
The use of PLC technology can replace the traditional relay system and improve the sensitivity and accuracy of controlling the hoist. At the same time, installing electronic sensors on mechanical and electrical equipment can detect the operation of the hoist and avoid the failure of the hoist, which will lead to work problems. Even if the ladder control center takes corresponding measures, it can remind the staff when the elevator makes mistakes to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents [4].
4.3 Application in Underground Air Door
The main function of underground air door is to dredge toxic and combustible gas and ventilate the mine. However, in most coal mines, the underground air door is controlled by manpower, but it is difficult for manpower to control the strength. Using PLC technology, infrared sensor and processor are installed outside the air door to detect the situation in time, send out the opening signal, and open the air door through modern equipment, which makes the air door control safer and simpler.
5 conclusion
The application of PLC technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment control can optimize the control system. The PLC system has powerful performance, low cost and complete hardware facilities, which can effectively improve the operation efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines and provide convenience for coal miners. Therefore, it has a broad application prospect in the future coal mine industry.
