abstract:
With the progress of the socialist economic system, the old mechanism is disappearing, and the mobility of labor transfer is increasing day by day. Employers tend to adopt the concept that "old ideas should be abandoned and new models should be established". In this respect, individual workers will inevitably find themselves vacillating between different pursuits, ideas and behaviors. Once there are differences within the company, job-hopping becomes a common occurrence. The new era makes job-hopping not only a fashion, but also a tool to promote personal career development. The fierce competition in the job market has given birth to such a fashion, which has become the focus of enterprises' attention because they are increasingly influenced by it. Starting with the concept and inevitability of job-hopping, this paper analyzes the common job-hopping phenomenon at the end of each year and the classic cases of foreign companies in retaining talents, and gradually discusses the effective measures to deal with "talent migration".
