Aesthetic education is usually called aesthetic education. School aesthetic education is an educational activity to form a correct aesthetic view for the younger generation and cultivate the ability to feel beauty, appreciate beauty and create beauty. In addition, the German philosopher Schiller mentioned that specialization may bring a split crisis to people's personality: we can use aesthetic education to promote the all-round and harmonious development of people's sensibility and spiritual strength. Aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges undertakes the important task of opening students' perception, understanding, imagination and creativity, and making people's inner feelings develop harmoniously.
First of all, the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges helps students shape perfect personality.
The employment-oriented talent training mode in higher vocational colleges should, of course, be tailored to the needs of social development and industry to train professional talents, but such talents must first be "people" with sound personality and healthy development. Aesthetic education, as an aesthetic education, is to cultivate students' correct aesthetic view and the ability to feel, appreciate and create beauty. Cai Yuanpei pointed out: "Aesthetic education is to apply aesthetic theory to education for the purpose of cultivating emotions." Aesthetic education sublimates people's thoughts and feelings through various aesthetic media, changes people's mental outlook, and then perfects people's personality. Aesthetic education improves people's quality and self-cultivation through artistic activities and aesthetic methods, and shapes people's psychological temperament, thus achieving the purpose of cultivating talents. Through a series of aesthetic education practice activities in higher vocational colleges, students can coordinate and communicate between present and future, finite and infinite, rational and emotional, material and spirit, and enhance their perception of social life and development, which can not only help students discover the beauty, ugliness, good and evil, truth and falsehood in social life, but also help students obtain self-regulation of "beauty". Serialized aesthetic education practice activities provide students with multi-angle, multi-faceted and multi-channel emotional experience, so that students have the opportunity to choose their favorite expression and communication methods, enrich their emotions, improve their personality and purify their hearts, thus promoting the healthy growth of their sound personality.
Second, the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges contributes to the intellectual development of students.
Through a series of aesthetic education practice activities in higher vocational colleges, students can feel, discover and create beauty more quickly, thus mobilizing their potential, improving their aesthetic ability and promoting the development of their multiple intelligences. Education must transcend the division of disciplines and majors and improve people's comprehensive quality in an all-round way. Education should not only mean imparting knowledge and acquiring skills, but also developing people's body, knowledge, intelligence, morality, critical thinking, creativity, spirit and values. Education should not only pay attention to the quantitative change and progress of individual quality indicators, but also pay attention to the dynamic development process of individual personality cultivation. The purpose of education is not only to enable students to obtain diplomas, but also to lay the foundation for their lifelong learning.
The role of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges in intellectual education is mainly reflected in the cultivation of innovative ability. Aesthetic education cultivates people's creativity by cultivating their imagination. Some scientists think that beauty is more important than truth because it is more creative or imaginative. /kloc-Van Tehoff, a famous Dutch chemist in the 20th century, investigated many scientists on the relationship between imagination and scientific research, and found that the most outstanding scientists have rich imagination. Einstein once said that the constant pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty in science and art has illuminated his life path, and his love for art has enriched and cultivated his perception, imagination and creativity.
Thirdly, the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges contributes to the development of moral education in higher vocational colleges.
The role of aesthetic education is very important for people to accept moral beliefs from the heart. Aesthetic education is to cultivate people's sentiment in an emotional way, rather than rational preaching. Aesthetic education is from the heart, and there is no feeling of forced indoctrination. The combination of aesthetic education and moral education finally realizes the perfect unity of individual and society. Artistic beauty in moral education can reflect the truth of life. By studying artistic beauty, students can solve the superficial fog, grasp the more real nature of life and improve their ability to distinguish good from evil, beauty and ugliness. In the reality of higher vocational education, some teachers turn moral education into boring preaching, losing the original ethical value and spiritual connotation of moral education. The purpose of moral education is to cultivate people's social personality, mainly based on realistic principles and social scales. The purpose of aesthetic education is to cultivate unique personality on the basis of social universality, which is mainly based on ideal principle and social scale. Integrating the emotion and artistry of aesthetic education into the reality and science of moral education will produce twice the result with half the effort.
Fourthly, the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges is helpful to the extension of students' aesthetic taste.
Aesthetic education is to impress people's feelings through realistic beauty and artistic beauty, so that people can be infected and influenced in their hearts, thus cultivating a correct aesthetic view and having the ability to feel, appreciate, express and create beauty. Serialized aesthetic education practice activities can make students fully feel the interest and function of beauty. While experiencing the fun of aesthetic education practice, students will not only develop their own aesthetic interests, but also easily form their own ability to actively explore beauty and create beauty, so that their growth will be broader and wider. Aesthetic education can not only cultivate students' sensitivity, appreciation and creativity to beauty, but also beautify themselves, help students set up beautiful ideals, develop beautiful character, cultivate beautiful sentiments and form beautiful personality. At the same time, we can also use correct aesthetic standards to restrain our words and deeds, improve the quality of personal life, cultivate the emotion of loving life, and enhance our ability to adapt to colorful social life.
In short, integrating aesthetic education into the whole process of higher vocational education is the need of the times, the need to improve students' quality and the sacred mission entrusted to us by education. Only by strengthening the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges can we cultivate all-round talents in higher vocational colleges.
