Keywords: humanized harmonious society doctor-patient relationship
1 Problems in the current doctor-patient relationship
(1) Psychological state of doctor-patient communication: A person's psychological or emotional state over a period of time will affect his communication with others. As a kind of psychological tension, psychological stress is one of the most common factors that affect the communication between doctors and patients. In medical activities, both doctors and patients are often affected by psychological pressure. For doctors, they should not only make correct diagnosis and treatment for patients, but also help solve some psychological and social problems. When doctors think that their ability is not enough to meet the above needs, they will worry about their treatment of patients, or worry that they will not be welcomed by patients, thus resulting in psychological pressure and psychological reaction that endanger the relationship between doctors and patients.
(2) Doctor-patient conflict: When there are two competing goals, conflict will occur. It stands to reason that both doctors and patients have the same goal in the medical scene-patients' rehabilitation or rehabilitation should not conflict. But in fact, the conflict between doctors and patients is very common and has become one of the important factors that damage communication and relationship. There are two reasons for the conflict between doctors and patients. First, doctors and patients have different positions in medical affairs. Because medical staff have medical professional knowledge, patients' dependence on them will cause conflicts between doctors and patients when they are dominated. The second reason for the conflict is that neither doctors nor patients can properly respond to each other's expectations. Medical staff expect patients to carry out the doctor's orders to the letter and express their expectations directly to patients. If patients don't do what they say, medical staff usually publicly express unhappiness or anger or even anger.
(3) Communication barriers between doctors and patients: As far as doctors are concerned, it is mainly because some people lack medical ethics, although they are highly skilled, and some people even lack both. In the process of diagnosis and treatment, he lacks due sympathy and responsibility for the patient's condition, is indifferent, indifferent, bored and even despised to the patient, and pretends to be an authority and savior. Is it necessary to treat patients in medical work? Therapeutic value? Or? Scientific research value? Treat according to the standard. Just focus on yourself? Improve technology? Don't care about the patient's pain; Common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases are either not taken seriously or pushed aside. Some medical staff are influenced by society, and the doctor-patient relationship is determined by whether the other party can bring some material benefits or get some convenience, which leads to the tension of the doctor-patient relationship. On the patient side, similar problems will occur. Emotional instability, irritability, sensitivity, excessive picky or indifference to medical staff due to illness will all become communication obstacles in the doctor-patient relationship. However, except for a few individuals, most patients have psychological changes and abnormal emotions due to illness. As long as medical staff can understand that patients are not consciously fighting, they will only respond under special circumstances. It is easy to overcome these communication obstacles in the doctor-patient relationship by treating patients with warmth, kindness and patience and meticulous treatment to meet their psychological needs. As for medical staff, they are often unwilling to listen and even impatient even if they are related to diseases; I don't want to talk, listen or ask except for illness. As for patients, due to the lack of basic medical knowledge, they are often in a passive position in doctor-patient communication, even if they are related to diseases, they are only related to doctors? Closed? A: I seldom talk in a discussion way, but I don't want to talk about anything outside my illness, so I'm embarrassed to talk. In this way, the information exchange between doctors and patients is limited.
Second, measures to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship
(1) Improve the quality of medical staff: As medical staff, it is their job to save lives and heal the wounded. In addition, they need to have the virtues of being helpful, fully understanding and good at comforting, and give unconditional positive attention. For patients, physical pain is on the one hand, doctors should completely cure patients' shadow of fear psychologically, which requires medical staff to have high-level professional quality, excellent professional quality, good moral quality and noble personality charm. Doctors understand patients' problems according to the way they look at diseases, and do not advocate putting various diagnostic labels on patients in advance. Grasp the relationship between doctors and patients from the root, so that doctors and patients can trust, respect and care for each other.
(2) Building a good medical ethics: Medical ethics is not only a portrayal of medical staff's professional ethics, but also a reflection of their sense of responsibility, and it is also a guarantee for forming a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. In the face of the phenomenon that medical staff only treat diseases, it is necessary to cultivate the ability of medical staff to put themselves in their shoes, understand and respect patients. In diagnosis, they should not only know the patient's condition in detail, but also let patients fully enjoy the right to know and make decisions, so that patients can feel that medical staff are on their side and overcome diseases together, thus enhancing patients' trust and confidence in doctors. Is the doctor-patient relationship similar to? Gardener and flowers? The doctor-patient relationship promotes the internal growth trend of patients, fundamentally treats patients' problems and fully realizes the equal status between doctors and patients. In addition, we should strengthen the ideological and moral education of medical staff, make them realize their responsibilities, improve their consciousness and initiative, and form a working concept of always thinking about patients.
(3) Create a harmonious medical atmosphere: the hospital is a special place to save lives. Therefore, a good medical environment is the key to saving lives, not only to keep the hospital clean, quiet and smoke-free, but also to ensure the humanization and scientificity of hospital facilities. First of all, for medical staff, a good medical environment allows them to serve patients wholeheartedly; For patients, it is necessary to provide them with a comfortable, harmonious and convenient medical environment and a simplified and convenient medical treatment process.
(4) Increase the hospital's optimized service: Good doctor-patient relationship comes from fine details, exquisite management and excellent service. In order to make the serious doctor-patient relationship intimate and trusting, it is necessary to improve the service quality of the hospital, strive to meet international standards in hardware facilities, avoid misdiagnosis, provide quality services and caring for patients in software facilities, and let patients feel the warmth of home.
In a word, the doctor-patient relationship determines the development of the hospital, and also reflects the competitiveness of the hospital. The innovation of hospital culture can not only effectively solve the remaining problems, but also significantly improve the relationship between doctors and patients, so that the hospital can form a good medical ethics, let patients enjoy inexpensive services, let every doctor truly have the reputation of angels in white, let every patient fully trust the hospital and the social medical team, and make the society develop more stably and harmoniously.
