Qingdao World War I Site Museum is located in the World War I Site Park at the foot of Qingdao Mountain. The overall shape of the museum is like a dove of peace, with a construction area of nearly 10000 square meters. There are more than 800 pieces of weapons, uniforms, newspapers, books, commemorative medals and postcards in the museum from the founding of Qingdao to the return of sovereignty. The theme of the exhibition is "Give Me Back to Qingdao", which is divided into three parts: "German occupation of Qingdao", "Japan-Germany War" and "Return from Suffering". Using a large number of precious cultural relics, archives, scene restoration, multimedia and other modern exhibition means, Qingdao's difficult course from the establishment of the city to the return of sovereignty is reproduced. Qingdao World War I Ruins Museum is the richest and most comprehensive thematic museum that interprets and records World War I and China, and it is also the only museum in China that comprehensively shows the influence of World War I on China's fate.
