In fact, the reform of higher education is not only the reform of teaching itself, but also the reform of curriculum system, assessment system and training mode. The author believes that the reform of higher education can not be simply regarded as the improvement of methods and means, but needs the guidance of advanced ideas, scientific and reasonable curriculum and the guarantee of examination system. At present, colleges and universities should first focus on how to cultivate innovative talents and seek new breakthroughs in teaching reform.
Introduction: In recent years, China's higher education has developed rapidly, which is different from the exam-oriented education in senior high school. Guided by the cultivation of innovative talents and aimed at cultivating applied innovative talents? Change the current student training scheme and concept, improve the comprehensive quality and ability of undergraduates, and enhance their social adaptability.
First, the status quo and problems of higher education
Through investigation and study, we found that the following problems generally exist in most colleges and universities:
(A) the curriculum system has not been upgraded with the development of society. Deepening teaching content and teaching plan is the general policy of talent training in colleges and universities, the guarantee of improving teaching quality, and an important link in the smooth progress of teaching plan. However, at present, the teaching content and curriculum system of colleges and universities in China can't keep up with the development of society and science and technology, and unified teaching plans and textbooks are implemented according to the syllabus of the Ministry of Education. There are too many compulsory subjects, too few subjects of interest, too few theoretical teaching courses, too few hours of analysis and practice, and no good combination of theory and practice. Students can't combine what they have learned in class with real life practice, which also leads to students' good knowledge theory and poor practical ability, and can't meet the social requirements for college students' comprehensive quality, solid basic theory, wide specialty and strong practical ability.
(2) The examination system of students' innovative ability is not perfect. The examination methods are mostly paper-based examinations. At present, paper written examination is widely used in undergraduate colleges. Students' mastery of textbook knowledge accounts for 80% of the full marks, and their usual performance accounts for 20%. Such an examination system focuses on students' mastery of textbooks. Such an examination evaluation system can only be used as a reference standard for the evaluation of knowledge mastery, and cannot reflect the professional characteristics and course nature of students. The ability to innovate and practice, the ability to experience things emotionally, and the acquisition of direct experience can not be investigated by taking the paper evaluation system. Therefore, the examination methods commonly used in colleges and universities can not comprehensively and reasonably assess the comprehensive strength of students' knowledge and ability.
(3) The overall quality of students is not high. Under the current curriculum system and examination system, students are lucky. In fact, they have not fully achieved the goal of basic courses, and their overall quality has not been substantially improved. So, now there are undergraduate graduates who are unemployed? Army? The essence is not that you can't find a job, but that your comprehensive quality doesn't meet the standards needed by society.
Second, innovative ways to train talents.
(A) actively carry out the reform of the curriculum system and optimize the quality of teaching. Classroom teaching is an important teaching method for college students to establish a complete and reasonable knowledge framework, and it is also an important guarantee for improving and cultivating college students' comprehensive quality. Therefore, improve and upgrade the existing curriculum system, reduce unnecessary theoretical class hours, increase more elective subjects for students to choose, and expand students' right to choose courses independently. Through this curriculum reform, students can learn from others while mastering solid professional basic knowledge, and adapt to the social requirements for excellent, dynamic and changeable comprehensive quality of college students and the knowledge and skill structure of practical work.
(B) combined with their respective professional characteristics to establish a scientific and reasonable examination evaluation system, pay attention to the learning process, change? One exam for a whole year? What is the assessment method? Process plus final exam? Assessment methods, to achieve diversification of assessment methods. The first stage of the course can be tested in stages, and the usual attendance performance, stage examination and final examination are comprehensively calculated according to different weights, and * * * is used as the basis for determining graduation examination results and graduation qualifications.
(3) Improving students' innovative ability is an important aspect of college students' comprehensive quality, the comprehensive application and embodiment of various abilities, and the inevitable trend and trend of ability development. Developing and cultivating innovative ability is an important way of intelligent development and the core link of cultivating college students' innovative ability. Therefore, contemporary college students should do the following: First, establish a sense of innovation. There is no special course of innovation interest in colleges and universities, and college students should consciously and actively cultivate and develop their own innovation ability. Furthermore, we should strengthen the sense of innovation and cultivate a tenacious will to innovate: when we find problems in the process of innovation, we will have psychological doubts, whether we don't know how to pretend to understand, pass by, try a little, or retreat from difficulties; Or seeking truth from facts and asking for advice modestly? This is not only a solution to the problem, but also an important way to cultivate a tough will.
(D) College students should strengthen their sense of success, adult consciousness and social responsibility. The strength of college students' sense of success, adult consciousness and social responsibility is related to whether they have their own self-goal of success during their study at school, whether they have cultivated their own independent thoughts and whether they have a sense of social responsibility, which directly affects the improvement of their comprehensive ability when they graduate. Deepening these three kinds of consciousness is to encourage college students to improve their comprehensive quality and ability. If college students lack the consciousness of becoming talents, they will have no direction to learn, and there will be no perseverance and fighting spirit to study hard and struggle. If college students lack adult consciousness, they can't stand on their own feet, and it is difficult to realize self-awakening and self-improvement. You will feel dependent and lucky when you meet anything, and you can't be a real strong person in life. If college students lack a sense of social responsibility, they can't always keep in mind the historical mission and social responsibility of contemporary college students, and will lower their requirements and standards for becoming talents, and can't really become a qualified college student who meets the social requirements.
Conclusion: With the development of science and technology and society, only by keeping pace with the times, deepening the reform and changing the concept of talent training can higher education cultivate more talents needed by society.
