Who owns the copyright of graduation thesis?
Copyright belongs to the author of graduation thesis. The term of protection of copyright is 50 years before death and 50 years after death. During the 50 years after death, the related rights shall be enjoyed by his heirs, except for non-property rights such as the right to sign. For a work whose author is unknown, the copyright except the right of signature shall be exercised by the copyright owner of the original work, and after the identity of the author is determined, the copyright shall be exercised by the author or heir. Article 11 of the Copyright Law stipulates that copyright belongs to the author, except as otherwise provided in this Law. The citizen who creates a work is the author. A work presided over by a legal person or other organization, created on behalf of a legal person or other organization, and in the charge of a legal person or other organization shall be regarded as the author. If there is no proof to the contrary, the signed citizen, legal person or other organization shall be the author.
