Non-blind peer review requirements: the impact factor of papers published in SCIE source journals is greater than 8.0 (inclusive), and the impact factor of papers published in foreign journals is greater than 3.0 (inclusive) at least 1 paper. The doctor of science degree of Northwestern Polytechnical University must meet one of the following conditions: publishing 4 academic papers in SCI, EI source journals and the submission guide of academic papers of Northwestern Polytechnical University. At least 2 journal papers were retrieved by SCI (at least 1 mathematical papers were retrieved by SCI), and at least 1 foreign language papers were retrieved. Publish at least 1 high-level academic papers in international academic journals retrieved by SCI, which belongs to SCI 1 area (in mathematics, it belongs to SCI 1 area or 2 area), or the cumulative impact factor of SCI reaches above 5.0 (in mathematics, it is 4.0).
