Understand the development of ice and snow events in China and the existing problems, and provide reference for the training and competition of ice and snow sports. Methods: By the methods of literature review, statistics and logical analysis, the results of the China team in the 6th Asian Winter Games were statistically analyzed. Results: The delegation of China topped the gold medal with an excellent score of 19, especially in women's biathlon, women's speed skating, freestyle skiing and aerial skills, which promoted the status of China's ice and snow project in Asia. However, the unbalanced development of "Bo Xue Thick Ice" project has not changed, and the achievements of ice hockey and curling projects are not ideal. Conclusion: The level of ice and snow sports in Asian countries has formed a three-legged pattern of China, China and South Korea. athletes have made outstanding achievements in women's sports, and have formed the advantages of team fighting. China should establish a scientific ice hockey team training concept, increase funding, study new methods, new technologies and new tactics, and improve training methods, so as to make China's ice and snow sports training more targeted and effective.
