In today's society, the increasing informationization of computers and networks has penetrated into every corner of daily life. With the improvement of microprocessor technology, the application of embedded system is more and more extensive. The embedded operating system PetaLogix Company is an embedded Linux development kit for PetaLinux as a chip system FPGA. This paper mainly introduces PetaLinux and its porting method, and the development of WEB server based on it. Starting from the study of embedded system, this paper discusses the comparison of several embedded operating systems, introduces the characteristics of PetaLinux operating system, and introduces the installation process of Linux operating system and PetaLinux PC operating system in detail.

Through the analysis and discussion of PetaLinux operating system, the transplantation of PetaLinux on the development board is finally realized. PetaLinux porting includes boot loader, PetaLinux kernel file system and three parts.
