Bangtou School District is located in Bangtou Town, Xianyou County. It is a large-scale plain school district in the county, with 20 primary schools and a central kindergarten under its jurisdiction. Now there are 202 classes, 9 178 students, 28 preschool classes and 793 children. There are 480 faculty members, including 406 primary school teachers and 74 kindergarten teachers. Among them, 1 teachers have senior titles in middle schools and 124 teachers have senior titles in primary schools. The qualification rate of teachers' education in the whole region 100%. Over the years, with the care and support of Party committees and governments at all levels, especially under the direct leadership of the education authorities, and with the concerted efforts of villages and schools, Qi Xin, all primary schools in our school district have made remarkable achievements in terms of school conditions, education and teaching quality, etc. Six schools, including Ziyang, Dongqiao, Guanshe, He Lu, Xia Ling, Qinshan and Taoyuan, were rated as qualified schools. Eight schools including Center, Huangcheng, Dong Bang, Dongqiao, Ziyang, Guanshe, He Lu and Qinshan were rated as "green schools" by the county environmental protection bureau. In 2002, Qinshan Primary School was rated as "Advanced Unit of Ethnic Education" by the Provincial Department of Education. In the achievement at the same time, I also clearly see my own shortcomings:
1, the overall quality of teachers is not high.
Of the 480 teachers in the whole region, only 95 have obtained college education, accounting for only 19.8%. Four of the existing teachers can't insist on attending classes because of health problems; In the past two years, there are 25 teachers who graduated from non-normal schools in our district, and 46 children are self-supporting. The professional knowledge of these teachers is uneven. Because the teaching equipment can't keep up, there is a serious shortage of teachers who master modern educational information technology in the campus.
2. The conditions for running a school are still backward.
There are 8 primary schools in our district, including Bangtou Center, Central Kindergarten, Wudian, He Lu, Liangan and Ziyang, with 50 18 square meters of dangerous buildings. These teachers and students are still working and studying in dangerous houses. Teaching facilities and equipment are not in place, modern educational technology and equipment are nothing, and even central schools have no multimedia classrooms and computer classrooms.
3. Insufficient funds for running schools.
