On How to Infiltrate Mental Health Education in Chinese Teaching
In view of this problem, this paper mainly analyzes the causes of mental health problems of middle school students, and discusses how to infiltrate mental health education into Chinese teaching practice. The World Health Organization defines health as "health, which is not only free from physical defects and diseases, but also has complete physiological, psychological and social adaptability". It can be seen that people should pay attention to both physical health and mental health. Only in this way can we achieve real comprehensive health. So, what is mental health? It refers to the normal and positive state of individual psychology and the ability to maintain good psychological adaptation with the environment. Some people think that mental health is the absence of mental illness, but it is not. Although some people have no mental illness, mental illness, neurosis or personality abnormality, they either lack a positive attitude towards life, are bored with life, think that life is meaningless, distrust others and refuse to associate with others; Or egoism, arrogance, and serious lack of interpersonal relationships.
