The cover consists of prefix, paper title, author, school name, major, grade, instructor and date.
2. Summary and keywords
It is a general description of the content of the paper, which should be faithful to the original text and the number of words should be controlled within 300 words. Keywords are extracted from the title, abstract or text of the paper, which can express the theme of the paper and have substantial significance, usually no more than 7 words.
3. Contents
List the first-and second-level titles and corresponding page numbers of the main body of the paper, and the corresponding page numbers of appendices, references and postscript.
4. Text
The text is the main part of the paper, which usually consists of three parts: introduction, theory and conclusion. These three parts cannot be clearly marked with words.
Step 5 take notes
The explanation of the created terms or the explanation of the source of the quotation appears in the form of footnotes.
6. Appendix
Attached to the text, the information materials that supplement and explain the text can be in the form of words, "tables" and charts.
