This paper mainly introduces the China Association for Science and Technology system, the important meetings held by national societies, associations, universities, research institutes and government agencies, and the documents published at international conferences held in China since 1999. The documents of some important meetings can be traced back to 1953. At present, 40,000 papers from domestic and international conferences have been collected, totaling more than 3.5 million.

Academic conference documents produced by more than 278 major conference organizers at home and abroad1/kloc-0 basically contain important conference papers from various disciplines in China, which is the first full-text database for continuously publishing important conference papers in China.

Data source: Academic conferences sponsored by key laboratories, research centers and departments of universities. Selected academic conferences or papers sponsored by national societies, their branches and professional committees. Industry activities sponsored by national industry associations and their branches or industry reports published. Special meeting sponsored by local society/association (optional).

Collection period: 1953 till now. Total published volume: As of June, 20021year, 2.568 million China conference documents have been published, with an annual update of about 1600 volumes and140,000 articles. Classification system: 10 photo album, 168 topic.

Release restriction: the network data is updated daily. The published conference papers lag behind the end date of the conference by an average of 60 days, and cooperate with various societies to establish a conference information network to obtain conference information and manuscripts in time.

Rapid publishing process: publish 5% before the meeting, make a CD-ROM of the proceedings before the meeting, and publish it online at the same time; 20% published at the same time: produced before the meeting and published after the meeting; 75% delayed publication: the paper will be published about 10 days after publication.

Argumentative papers of the Association for Science and Technology with resource characteristics: mainly include conference papers produced by the National Institute in charge of China Association for Science and Technology, with the publication coverage rate of 90% and the completeness rate of literature collection of 95%. Social science conference papers: mainly included in the Academy of Social Sciences, party and government organs, and characteristic social science societies. The unit publishing coverage rate is 80%, and the document collection integrity rate is 95%.

Large-scale: the completion rate of major conference organizers is 95%, and the conference papers undertaken by the State Key Laboratory and the high-quality papers produced by the conferences sponsored by the national major scientific research project undertakers are systematically collected.
