The preparation of the monthly freight transport plan shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Preparation of the Monthly Railway Freight Transport Plan. Consignment of goods Consignment of goods is an important stage of signing a contract. When the shipper delivers the goods to the carrier, it shall submit the waybill to the station in batches. For vehicle unloading, in addition to a basic cargo waybill, each unloading station should add two additional unloading waybills (one for the unloading station and one for the consignee). When filling in the waybill, the waybill and bill of lading shall be filled in according to the provisions of the Measures. The shipper decides the mode of transportation and indicates it in the shipper's record column of the cargo waybill. Personal consignment goods shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Transportation of Personal Articles. For the goods transported at the declared price, the railway department shall verify the insurance premium. 6. Transport packaging and marks (labels) of goods The shipper shall use transport packaging that meets the transport requirements, is convenient for loading and unloading and ensures the safety of goods according to the nature, quality, distance, mode of transport, climate and loading conditions of trucks. According to the national packaging standards or ministerial packaging standards (professional standards) for packaging. If there is no uniform packaging standard, the station shall work with the shipper to formulate temporary standards for cargo transportation and packaging and jointly implement them. When consigning less-than-truckload goods, the shipper shall indicate clear and obvious marks (labels) on each piece of goods. Mark with tough materials, and stick or nail one on both ends of each commodity. If the package is not suitable for sticking or nailing, it can be hung. Goods that are not suitable for marking with paper should be marked with paint or materials such as metal, wood, cloth and plastic board. For checked baggage and moving goods, in addition to the above signs, signs (labels) should also be placed in the package of goods. The shipper shall make graphic marks on the packaging, storage and transportation of the goods according to the nature of the goods and national standards. Transport marks and graphic marks unrelated to the packaging, storage and transportation of this batch of goods must be removed or erased. 7. The quantity of goods transported by rail shall be determined according to the number and weight of goods transported by rail or solely according to the weight and number of pieces. When the following goods are transported by vehicle, they are transported only by weight, and the number of pieces is not counted: the goods are piled up in bulk; The finished products have the same specifications (less than three products are deemed to have the same specifications), and a batch of more than 2000 pieces; Different specifications, one batch1more than 600 pieces. The shipper shall organize loading, and the goods unloaded by the consignee at the station shall be carried according to the number of pieces filled in by the shipper on the cargo waybill. The weight of vehicle cargo and container cargo shall be determined by the shipper; In addition to the standard weight, marked weight, list of scales and goods whose weight exceeds the maximum weight of station scales, the carrier shall determine the weight and check the weighing fee. The determination of the weight of goods (including the weight of goods packaging) must be accurate.
