Withdrawal is usually divided into two situations, that is, the author voluntarily withdraws the manuscript and the editorial department withdraws the manuscript:
1. The author voluntarily withdrew the manuscript:
(1) After the author successfully submitted the manuscript through the online submission system, if he proposes to withdraw the manuscript for his own reasons, he must explain the situation in writing to the editorial department, sign the names of all the signed authors of the article, and submit copies of the ID cards of all the signed authors, and all the losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the author himself.
(2) If the manuscript is withdrawn twice due to the author's reasons, the editorial department will reject the manuscript with its signature within 2 years.
2. The editorial department withdrew the manuscript:
After the manuscript is hired, if the editorial department finds that the manuscript has multiple submissions, repeated publication, academic misconduct, etc., the editorial department will resolutely withdraw the manuscript and submit the relevant materials to the editorial board for a decision to withdraw the manuscript; The page fee paid by the author will be used as compensation for the journal and a warning letter will be issued; If the circumstances are serious and bring economic losses to this journal, the author will be investigated for corresponding responsibilities, including informing his unit that he shall not publish his signed paper within 2 years, notifying other relevant journals and making economic compensation.
The editorial department of Laboratory Medicine and Clinical will make the following provisions on the manuscript rejection process according to the specific situation:

2. If the manuscript has been officially published, the editorial department will publish a "Withdrawal Statement" in official website and the latest issue of Laboratory Medicine and Clinic, and send a "Withdrawal Statement" to relevant database institutions to withdraw all data information of the manuscript.
