Step 1: First, we need to open a blank wps form, as shown below.

Step 2: At this time, we select "Picture-From File" in the menu bar "Insert", as shown by the red arrow in the figure below.

Step 3: Now we select the picture with the background set to transparent color and open it. The picture below is a blue icon.

4. Step 4: Then click "Set Transparent Color" in the Picture Tool, as shown by the red arrow in the figure below.

5. Step 5: Just click the left mouse button to remove the area in the picture, as shown below.

6. Step 6: Select the picture, click the right mouse button, and select "Save as Picture" to save the picture to a suitable location.
