1. Select the header row in the first row, right-click and select Table Properties.

2. In the Row tab of table properties, check Repeat at the top of each page in the form of title row.

3. After this setting is completed, the title line of the first page will appear at the top of the second page.

4. You can also select the first line, and then select Ribbon Layout-Repeat the title line to achieve the same goal.
