On March 28th, 20 10, around 10: 38 in the morning, the beaches of Pingguang Village and Yuxi Village in Chishi Township, Yizhang County, Chenzhou City were filled with festive atmosphere. Chishi Bridge in Rucheng Section of Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, the world's largest long-span four-tower concrete cable-stayed bridge with high piers, was officially started. According to reports, Chishi Bridge is the key control project of Rucheng section of Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway in Hunan Province, and it is another grand project with world difficulty in Hunan Province after Aizhai Extra Large Suspension Bridge in western Hunan. The main bridge length of Chishi Bridge is1470m, and the span combination is165m+380m+380m+165m. The main bridge structure is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with two cable planes and four towers. The bridge spans a valley about 65,438+0,000 meters wide. The main tower is 287 meters high, and the bridge deck is 1.86 meters above the ground, with a maximum span of 380 meters. It is the largest long-span concrete cable-stayed bridge with high piers and four towers in the world. Chishi Bridge has a total length of about 2.27 kilometers, a deck width of 28 meters, two-way four lanes and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The project is expected to be completed in 20 12.
The construction of Chishi Bridge has the characteristics of large engineering quantity, complex geological conditions and high technology content. The total project cost is about 1 1 billion yuan, accounting for1/%of the estimated investment of Rucheng Expressway of 9.64 billion yuan. It was built by China Railway Bridge Bureau and China Communications Second Navigation Bureau, the top bridge construction teams in China. The original design scheme of Chishi Bridge was a high pier continuous steel structure bridge, but the design unit found that some main piers were located in strong karst development zone and fault fracture zone, which could not meet the construction of high pier continuous steel structure bridge. After repeated argumentation, the design unit changed the original design scheme, and the Ministry of Transport approved the current design scheme in principle. The construction of Chishi Bridge will be characterized by large quantities, complex engineering geological conditions, tight construction period, high safety risks and high technical content.
