There should be a space of 0.5 lines between the title, name and text.

It will be reviewed as soon as possible after submission, and attention should be paid to the format specification. If the manuscript is handwritten, pay attention to writing carefully, neatly and clearly, without typos and accurate punctuation, and be sure to copy it clearly with checkered manuscript paper, indicating the number of words per page.
