Research on the Incentive Mechanism of Employees in xx Enterprise

Abstract: Incentive mechanism is an important part of human resource management and an important link of enterprise management. Firstly, this paper reviews the research on incentive mechanism by scholars at home and abroad. Then, aiming at enterprise A, this paper describes its current incentive mechanism from the aspects of salary incentive, training incentive, performance incentive, reward and punishment incentive, goal incentive and emotional incentive, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and the reasons for this problem from the above aspects. Finally, according to the knowledge learned and the situation of enterprise A, some suggestions are put forward and summarized from the aspects of salary, welfare, training, performance appraisal, job responsibilities and employee participation.
