Abstract: Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important measure to cultivate compound talents in China. College counselors play multiple roles in entrepreneurship education and have unparalleled advantages. Counselors should keep up with the needs of the times, strengthen their own learning, and better carry out entrepreneurship education guidance.

Entrepreneurship education is an important measure for the country to adapt to the development of the times and cultivate students' all-round development. In order to keep pace with the times, college counselors need to define their own position, strengthen their study, improve their entrepreneurial guidance ability, and strive to create a new situation in college students' entrepreneurial education.

1. The main goal of college students' entrepreneurship education

1. Stimulate college students' entrepreneurial consciousness

Entrepreneurship consciousness is the tendency to turn entrepreneurial ideas into entrepreneurial interests, the motivation for people to start entrepreneurial activities, and the source motivation for entrepreneurs to start entrepreneurial activities.
