Liu Xichuan, Ph.D., associate professor, was born in May 1975 in Xi 'an, Shaanxi [1]. Specializing in agricultural finance, small and medium-sized enterprise financing, small and medium-sized bank governance, and financial poverty alleviation research. He has published many papers on Economic Research, Managing the World, Financial Research, Finance and Trade Economy, China Rural Economy and Agricultural Economic Problems. His research results won the 5th China Rural Development Research Paper Award. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Economics and Management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, a visiting researcher at China Institute of Rural Development of Zhejiang University, a director of Zhejiang Agricultural Economics Association, and a commentator on Economic Research and other magazines.
