Anqiu has a long history, splendid culture, rich local customs and humanities. Every place in my hometown retains the memories of my fellow villagers. There are beautiful legends, life stories, shining cultural fragments, ancient historical sites, unique skills of ancestors, and traditional performing arts that have been followed for many years. According to Cao, director of the Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, after a comprehensive investigation by the Municipal Cultural Bureau, * * * existing 123 1 660 projects were investigated, 55 projects such as legend were listed in the county-level "intangible heritage" list, and 6 projects such as legend/kloc-0 were announced as municipal "intangible heritage" by Weifang Municipal Government. Traditional brewing techniques such as Jingzhi Liquor, Sun Bin Boxing, Gongye Chang Legend, Dongjia Zheng Gu and Donglu Drum were approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and published as provincial-level "non-legacy" lists, and all of them have been reported to the Ministry of Culture to declare the national-level list. These catalogues condense the wisdom of Anqiu people, entrust the emotional pursuit of working people, and embody the cultural creation of Anqiu people in their long-term production and life practice. They are important historical, cultural and scientific treasures in Shandong.

In recent years, with the correct leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the strong support from all walks of life, our old secret network city has achieved good results in its "non-legacy" protection work. The city has successively set up a leading group and an expert review committee for the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and set up an intangible cultural heritage protection center, which has formed an intangible cultural heritage protection system that excavates resources, protects the list and effectively inherits it, laying a solid foundation for the declaration and protection of intangible cultural heritage.

However, with the impact of modernization, the acceleration of urbanization and the evolution of lifestyle, those cultural memories and national traditions that are closely related to us and have never been separated for a moment are rapidly leaving us. Many wonderful traditional skills have not been inherited, many kinds of folk customs are disappearing frequently, and our cultural ecology is in jeopardy. The outstanding problems faced by my old secret network city are:

First, the "non-legacy" inheritors lack successors. In the "non-legacy" survey conducted in the previous paragraph, there are more than 600 investigation projects in the old secret network city. 60% of the inheritors of these projects are over 60 years old, and the oldest one has passed away. For example, Chen Ganting, a folk singer in Beiguan Village in the city, can sing more than 100 folk songs, which, in his own words, can't be finished in three days and three nights. Unfortunately, he died before the interview was over. Li Shouxin, a former librarian, is a descendant of percussion music in Anqiu, Qiang Mao. He stayed at home for a long time due to illness and failed to arrange this percussion music. Later, he died, leaving a lifelong regret. Zhang, the inheritor of Anqiu Hebao, was unable to be interviewed because of hearing impairment. This folk treasure has not been circulated in the world so far. Second, the "non-legacy" protection reform is not in place. According to the documents of the State Council and Party Affairs Offices of governments at all levels, some preferential policies should be provided to inheritors in terms of work, study, life, inheritance, places and funds, so as to encourage and support them to carry out inheritance activities. However, my old secret network city has not issued relevant documents in this regard so far. Zhang Dianying of Qingyun Mountain New Year Pictures Museum is a national first-class master of arts and crafts awarded by UNESCO. His New Year picture "Nongjiale" won the Mountain Flower Award, the highest prize of national folk art, and was cordially received by Premier the State Council, Li Changchun of The Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) and Sun, vice chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. His New Year pictures are well-deserved national treasures. However, due to the limitation of funds and places, the New Year Picture Museum has not been built so far, and his carefully conceived New Year Picture Museum plan has also run aground. This mandarin business card has never been typed. Third, "non-legacy" protection organizations lack funds and professionals. Combined with the current situation of "non-legacy" protection in my old secret network city, the following opinions are put forward:

First, further raise awareness, strengthen leadership, attach importance to the inheritance and protection of intangible heritage, and call on the government and all sectors of society to care for and support the protection of intangible heritage in accordance with the principles of "government-led, social participation, clear responsibilities, joint efforts, long-term planning, distributed implementation, point-to-point integration, and pragmatic". Let the Anqiu cultural heritage left by our ancestors not be lost because of our work mistakes. Let the cadres and the masses feel the recognition function of cultural soft power, which can inspire people, unite people and produce an invisible great power. Let Anqiu culture play a greater role in the construction and development of Anqiu. Second, it is suggested that the financial and personnel departments allocate certain protection funds according to the requirements of superiors, increase professional and technical personnel, and give support in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resources.

The third is to introduce reform and improvement measures to solve the difficulties faced by the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and implement various preferential policies. In the pedigree of Chinese civilization and national culture, Anqiu has our unique historical accumulation and cultural symbols. The fourth is to build Anqiu cultural brand and enhance regional cultural influence.
