Disciples Rules tells us a lot of truth. In daily life, we should honor our parents, love our brothers and sisters, and be cautious in our words and deeds. Seeing that others have made progress, we should learn from them with an open mind and be equal and friendly when interacting with the public. . . Disciples' Rules standardizes the truth of being a man for us. If we do, I think we will be a civilized and noble child.

Take me for example. I used to have bad study habits and didn't pay attention to hygiene. My mother often talks about me, and I am very unhappy. After learning Disciple Rules, I gradually got rid of some bad habits before. My mother smiled happily and praised me for knowing many rules.

There is a passage in Disciples Rules called "spare no effort to study literature". There is a story in this paragraph.

The content is roughly like this: there was a man named Dong Yu in the state of Wei, who lived in poverty since he was a child and ran for his life all day. However, as long as he has time, he sits down to study, so he is knowledgeable and people admire him. People in the neighborhood came to ask for advice and asked him how he was studying. Dong Yu told them that learning requires three kinds of free time. Winter is a year, night is a day and rainy days are working days. It turned out that people had an epiphany. Dong Yusheng is poor, but he concentrates on his studies. Now that we are rich, we should study harder. Dong Yu faces many difficulties in his life. He didn't look back and give up. We didn't encounter any difficulties. If we don't concentrate on our studies, we will live up to the expectations of our parents, mothers, teachers and relatives. So we must study hard, as Dong Yu said-study with "three leftovers".
