Interpersonal relationship refers to the emotional connection between people through direct or indirect interaction, which develops and changes with the development of society and the change of social relations. Objectively speaking, building a harmonious socialist society requires social citizens to live in harmony; Subjectively, good interpersonal relationships also promote the development of college students themselves to some extent. University is a transitional period from adolescence to adulthood, and it is also a key stage of life development. During this period, their professional ability and interpersonal communication will have a far-reaching impact on their future life, career development and even social progress. Because of this, the development of interpersonal relationships among contemporary college students who shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation and rise in the 2 1 century has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.

First, the emergence and causes of the officialdom of college students' interpersonal relationships

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities, higher education has changed from elite education to civilian education. This has promoted the development of education in China and the improvement of the overall quality of the people, but there have also been problems such as the decline in the quality of higher education and the uneven quality of students. The social atmosphere in this materialistic era has also had a serious impact on the development of higher education and the growth of college students. The rolling commercial tide has made more and more college students stay away from textbooks and quiet campuses and devote themselves to the ever-changing world. They appear impetuous, depressed and confused. The spirit and atmosphere of science, democracy and academic freedom advocated by universities in the past are gradually deteriorating, replaced by the flashy atmosphere of modern society, especially the bad atmosphere of welcoming people in today's social officialdom, which is slowly eroding the already restless university campus and has a very bad influence. These originally innocent, wise, brave and enthusiastic favored children gradually gave up their dreams and pursuit of life, and joined the ranks of chasing money, fame and pleasure, and the officialdom phenomenon in college students' interpersonal relationships gradually appeared.

1. Officialization of classmate relationship

(1) Interpersonal communication has only breadth but no depth. With the rapid development of network technology, the world is becoming a "global village", which greatly expands the scope of college students' interpersonal communication. According to a survey, 7 1. 1% people said that making more friends can prepare for future interpersonal relationships. Many students are short-sighted and utilitarian in interpersonal communication, and can't be equal and honest with others. In his interpersonal circle, there are only nodding acquaintances and fair-weather friends, but no truly like-minded partners and sincere communication friends. This often leads these people to have no real sense of belonging. After a long time, they will alienate all the people around them and make them lonely, which is not only bad for the physical and mental development of college students, but also bad for social stability.

(2) See profit and forget righteousness. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made arrangements for implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and strengthening the construction of socialist democratic system, which is of great practical significance for improving the education and teaching environment in colleges and universities and better realizing the school training objectives. The cultivation of democratic consciousness and the formation of democratic system need to start from the grassroots and education. In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in the construction of democratic system in colleges and universities, and the democratic appraisal system has been widely popularized among college students. Organizational development, scholarship evaluation and recognition of outstanding students are all inseparable from collective democratic appraisal. This is a test of personal learning and working ability, and to some extent, it is also a test of interpersonal relationships. So many people exchange interests for their own purposes, the interests disappear, and the relationship is cut off. In addition, because college students are mostly only children at present, they have strong self-esteem and are spoiled by their families, and generally do not want to hear criticism from others. Therefore, when college students get along with their classmates, they often adopt more "wise" methods such as reporting good news and not reporting worries. In this commercial university, the academic atmosphere of the university is not as strong as before, and it is difficult to see some students fighting for an academic problem. They are more shy and hypocritical. Is such a campus still called a university? Can such a college student still be called a favored son of heaven?

(3) There is no "fate" in communication. The highly open society makes many college students compete more and more fiercely in society. In order to cope with the strong pressure of future development, they formed many "destiny circles" based on certain relationships, such as "geographical circle", "career circle" and "interest circle". This makes college students' interpersonal communication diversified and enriches their future life experiences. However, there are some unhealthy phenomena among college students at present: two groups of "rich" and "poor" are formed due to differences in family conditions; Through the division of labor, two groups of "cadres" and "non-cadres" have been formed. This aggravates the gap and contradiction between students, which is not conducive to the harmony and stability of the campus.

(4) money worship hedonism. With the further development of economic globalization, hedonism seems to be becoming a trend. We generally feel that the interpersonal relationship of college students is becoming more and more monetized and utilitarian. Money has become the motto of a considerable number of college students. When they do something, the first question that comes to mind is: How much practical benefit can I get from it? "I will do whatever you give me a month." Such remarks often appear in college students' conversations. Students' birthdays, first grade. Gifts should be given to treat people to eat and drink, and even mutual help between classmates needs to pay the price of money. The development of this situation is worrying.

2. Officialization of teacher-student relationship

Teacher-student relationship is an important part of college students' interpersonal relationship. The relationship between teachers and students directly affects the teaching quality of colleges and universities and the physical and mental development of students. With the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of teachers has increased dramatically. This will inevitably lead to uneven quality. In many colleges and universities, political counselors have basically mastered the "life and death power" of student organization development and scholarship evaluation. And teachers will affect students' academic performance to a certain extent, so some students are lazy.
