In the Qing Dynasty, due to the development of handicraft industry, commerce, transportation and salt industry, as well as the six expeditions to the south, Yangzhou gardens flourished rapidly. However, many gardens have been destroyed in history, and only a few gardens, such as Geyuan and Guo, Pan Xiaogu and Houye Chunyuan, have survived. The History and Name of Geyuan Friends: Today we visited Geyuan, one of the top ten famous gardens in China. Geyuan is located behind Room 3 18, Neidongguan Street, Yangzhou City. In the 23rd year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (18 18), Huang Yujun, general manager of salt affairs in Lianghuai, rebuilt the former site of Shouyi Garden in Ming Dynasty. General situation of gardening-garden spring scenery "Yangzhou is better than famous gardens, and famous gardens are better than stacked stones". Ge Yuan is an urban mountain forest with bamboo stones as the main body and stones as the characteristics. The rockery in Geyuan adopts the method of dividing peaks and overlapping stones, and uses different stones to express the scenery of the four seasons. It is called the rockery of the four seasons and is the only isolated case in domestic gardens. The plants in Geyuan are mainly bamboo, and the most suitable landscaping materials for bamboo are all kinds of strange peaks and rocks, such as exquisite stone peaks and thin stalagmites in Taihu Lake. The combination of bamboo and stone forms a unique bamboo and stone landscape in the garden. Tourists, now we can see that at the gate of Geyuan, the gardener set up a set of small scenes of bamboo and stone, and pointed out this garden theme centered on bamboo and stone at the beginning. This true and false bamboo scene is lined with the white wall of the former residence and stands on both sides of the garden gate, which means "the beginning of spring mountain" I wonder if tourists have ever experienced the feeling of returning to the earth in spring and the myriad weather. This is the spring scene in a famous four-season rockery in a garden. Garden Summer Scenery: Yiyuxuan-After enjoying the spring scenery of Xiashan, let's enjoy the elegance of summer scenery. So where is the summer rockery? Stepping into the garden gate from the spring scenery of two flower stands, there is a hall on all sides. In front of the hall, there are two flower stands of Shiping Lake. Bamboo is planted in the west platform and osmanthus is planted in the east platform, so this hall was originally named Guihua Hall, and now the plaque has been renamed "Yiyuxuan". Looking south from the hall, it is full of green everywhere, and there are bamboo and laurel trees nearby. Through the four leaking windows made of terrazzo and the moon gate on the fence, we can also see the bamboo and stone scenery we just passed. Close-up foreground is different inside and outside, separated but not closed. This kind of gardening technique, which borrows from inside and outside to increase the depth of the first scene of the park, is still a unique feature of the park, which can be described as ingenious. Walking west from Guihuatang along the porch and through a dense bamboo forest, we came to the edge of the pool and looked north across the water. Under the blue canopy, stands a magnificent and ancient rockery of Taihu Lake, with caves at the foot and stone platforms on the mountain. This is summerhill. There is a clear pool in front of the mountain and a curved bridge on the water leading to the entrance of the cave, which cleverly hides the tail of the water, giving people the impression of "how deep the courtyard is". Lotus flowers are planted all over the pool, and at first glance, "Lotus flowers reflect the sun in different colors" highlights the theme of "summer". Walking on the curved bridge, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Summer Mountain, only to see some strange stones on both sides, such as Wang He, independent and cultured; Some are as naive as rhinoceros looking at the moon. Looking up, Taniguchi flying stones are like magpies climbing plums and smiling at welcoming guests; Jumping in the distance, the monkeys on the top of the mountain are hilarious. It is cooler to enjoy the scenery in the hole in summer. You can walk through the cave, climb the stairs and turn several times to the top of the mountain. There is a small pavilion isolated on the rockery. There is a Gu Song in front of the pavilion, which stretches out of the cliff, adding to the lush atmosphere of Shan Ye in summer. Standing in the pavilion, looking back at the rockery, in the gap of the cave, Magnolia grandiflora is intertwined, and on both sides of the stone steps, the rain hits the delicate banana. Walking in the meantime, I saw thick shadows and green shadows, which really made people feel relaxed and happy. Garden autumn scenery: Huangshan Stone-Qiushan Friend: If the summer scenery shows the tranquil artistic conception with the fresh and soft curve of Taihu Stone, then the autumn scenery shows the grandeur with the straight line of Shanshi Huang. Because Shanshi Huang is the hero of the mountains in the north and the beauty of the mountains and rivers in the south, Akiyama is the most picturesque rockery in a garden. The whole rockery was built on Huangshitan in Anhui, where the rocks hung on the cliff. Some stones are yellow and some are red. The rockery mainly faces the west. Whenever the sun sets, the red clouds reflect and the colors are extremely eye-catching. In the gap of the cliff, there are pines and cypresses standing proudly, and their light green branches and leaves contrast with the brown rocks just right, just like a picture of autumn mountains. There is a pavilion at the top of the mountain, where people can overlook the surrounding landscape, and the north can overlook the Guo Cheng of Lvyang, Slender West Lake, Pingshan Hall and Guanyin Mountain, which is also one of the traditional gardening techniques in China-borrowing scenery. In ancient China, there was a tradition of climbing high in autumn and looking far. Geyuan Shanshi Huang is the commanding height of the whole country. Climbing Chongyang Mountain plays up the theme of autumn. Akiyama has a steep and abrupt appearance and a complex internal structure. This small hall called "The Moon Leakage" is no exception. In the south of the main hall, there is a flower stand with Xuan Shi lying horizontally, leaning against the south wall of the garden, and there is a small rockery built by Xuan Shi, namely the Winter Mountain. Xuanshi is produced in Xuancheng, Anhui Province, and its color is as white as snow. People also call it snow stone. This scenic spot was originally a place to enjoy snow and drink tea around the stove in winter. In order to make the rockery still have snow when it doesn't snow, Xuanshi Mountain is placed under the north wall of the south boundary wall. Seen from the hall, the hills on the stage are all white, just like the snow has not disappeared. Because Xuan Shi contains seasonality, its color is white, but it glows in the sun. If you put it in a sunny place, it will be somewhat contrary to the theme of enjoying snow. The winter mountain is shady, and it can be seen that the Dieshan family has observed it very carefully. Outside the boundary wall on the east side of Xuanshi is the population office of a garden. In order to make winter more meaningful, gardeners regularly arrange 24 round holes on the wall, forming a unique leaking window map. Whenever a gust of wind blows, these small holes are like sound holes on a flute, which will make different sounds, such as the call of northwest wind in winter, and use sound to assist the theme. More mysteriously, bamboo and stalagmites in spring can be seen through the mellow rows. I wonder if my friends have the association that "winter goes and spring comes". Dear friends, the rockery in Geyuan summarizes the so-called painting principles of "Spring Mountain is as plain as a smile, Summer Mountain is as green as a drop, Autumn Mountain is as bright as makeup, and Winter Mountain is as bleak as sleep" and "Spring Mountain is suitable for traveling, Summer Mountain is suitable for seeing, Autumn Mountain is suitable for climbing and Winter Mountain is suitable for living". The rockery of the Four Seasons is set off by these pavilions, and the ancient and famous trees are dotted among them, which is even more simple and elegant, profound and magnificent. Although the winter scenery gives people a cold feeling, the snow has not disappeared. However, the western wall near the spring scenery has opened two circular leaky windows, only to see branches and bamboos coming over the wall, giving people a far-reaching artistic conception of "winter goes and spring comes, and spring buds bloom". The whole garden scene is like a huge picture scroll, which constitutes a beautiful harmony. The main landscape of the garden has been visited.
