Yuyuantan's "Year Rhyme" pays a New Year call.
Yuyuantan park uses traditional cultural elements to decorate the environment for the Spring Festival, including nearly 2,000 red lanterns, lucky characters, Spring Festival couplets and street signs. Decorate the gates, main roads, buildings and verandahs of the whole park; In the square inside and outside the west gate, there stands a three-dimensional hard "spring" shaped by palace lanterns, with red lanterns hanging in the middle and auspicious clouds below; In the "Sakura Valley" scenic spot, there are red column string lights beside the park road, as well as New Year pictures exhibition boards combined with folk culture and creation; In the ice and snow paradise in the cherry blossom garden, red lanterns are hung on the snow, creating a garden scene of "the whole people welcome the Winter Olympics and the Spring Festival".
Yuyuantan will carry out the theme exhibition of "Nianwei", the theme market of "Nianwei" and the inheritance of intangible culture. Every year from the 22nd day of the twelfth lunar month to the 6th day of the first lunar month, the park will hold intangible cultural heritage activities in the exhibition room of the White Porcelain R&D Center on the east side of the visitor service center, and invite many non-genetic inheritors and experts, such as paper-cutting, Cao Shi kites and painted plastic masks, to come to the park to explain a series of folk customs and intangible cultures to visitors, so that visitors can participate in the interactive experience. On the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month, the New Year's Eve and the fifth day of the first lunar month, the park will invite Liu Zongqun, a master of folk cooking, to teach the cooking of New Year's Eve on the spot and demonstrate the traditional cooking techniques of braised prawns, sweet and sour spareribs and other dishes.
Taoranting welcomes the spring with "ice and snow"

The ice and snow carnival in Taoranting Park covers an area of about 50,000 square meters and uses more than 20,000 cubic meters of snow. It is mainly divided into ski areas and snow recreation areas, including flying saucers, snow yo-yos, snowmobiles and other nearly 20 entertainment items that are deeply loved by citizens and tourists. Among them, the most popular project is the ice slide, which is 4m high, 3m wide and 20m long. Visitors can experience the excitement and excitement brought by speed.
The snow-capped mountains in Taoranting Park have a long history. It was built to highlight the elements of the Red Army's Long March. It carries the beautiful memories of several generations. Children can experience the hardships of the Red Army climbing snow-capped mountains and crossing grasslands in the game. Taoranting Ice and Snow Carnival launched the "Enlarged Snow Mountain"-Taoranting Snow Mountain Ski Resort, built a primary ski trail, opened a children's ski training base, and taught children to ski one by one.
