How to solve the livelihood problem of education?
Increase investment in education in remote areas and narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas and regions.

On the one hand, due to the relatively poor educational environment and the poor treatment conditions of rescue teachers, most teachers are unwilling to teach in remote areas, which directly leads to a serious shortage of education teachers in remote areas, thus affecting the education quality and teaching level in remote areas.

On the other hand, schools in remote areas still have the urgency of relatively backward teaching equipment, which seriously restricts the speed of education development in remote areas, thus widening the educational gap between urban and rural areas and between regions.

Therefore, in order to narrow the education gap between urban and rural areas and between regions and realize the balanced development of education, it is necessary to increase investment in education in remote areas, improve the education and teaching environment in remote areas and update teaching equipment.

Improve the salary of teachers working in remote areas, encourage teachers to engage in education and teaching in remote areas, establish a rotation exchange system for rescue teachers between urban and rural areas, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between urban and rural areas and regions.

(2) Breaking the household registration restrictions and solving the problem of difficulty in enrolling rural students and children of migrant workers. The household registration system has also caused the problems of difficult and expensive schooling for the children of migrant workers. If these children want to follow their parents to go to school in a certain city, they are often restricted by many conditions, and even have to pay expensive admission fees to enter school.

To solve these problems, it is necessary to weaken the restrictions of household registration on the enrollment of children of floating population, gradually eliminate the influence of household registration box on the enrollment of children of floating population, and break a series of conditions.

Cancel the unreasonable practice of paying the "admission fee", let the children of migrant workers enjoy the same admission and education opportunities as the children of local household registration, and truly realize the equal development of education in China.

(3) Vigorously cultivate high-quality educators, rationally allocate educational resources, and thoroughly solve the problem of uneven distribution and shortage of high-quality educational resources. At present, there are still differences between the quality of school education and teaching and the quality of educational environment in the compulsory education stage, and the problem of "school choice fee" still exists in some cities.

To solve these problems, we must start from the following two aspects:

On the one hand, we should vigorously train high-quality educators and send them to all schools to ensure that the educators in all schools are high-quality talents, that is, the so-called "good teachers";

On the other hand, we should rationally allocate educational resources, optimize the teaching environment and attach importance to the overall construction of the school.

Only by doing a good job in these two aspects can we completely solve the problem of uneven distribution and shortage of quality education resources, strictly ensure the effective implementation of the school district division system in the compulsory education stage, completely solve the problem of "school selection fee" caused by different school education quality and environment, and realize the balanced development of aid education.
