Writing a paper is really difficult. Still have to rely on yourself. I think you should have a good habit of self-study and self-control when you are a graduate student. I think you should plan your time reasonably. Staying up all night is not a problem. You can also talk to friends, relieve stress, or find something interesting to divert your attention. I think you still need to relax and play. It's no use being so tense all the time. Doing something else may be a bit literary.
