By comparing five-a-side football with eleven-a-side football, this paper summarizes the characteristics and value of five-a-side football, as well as the trend and significance of its popularization in Fushun middle schools. Five-a-side football has good practical value, conforms to the basic task of curriculum development, and plays a good role in promoting the development of middle school students' physical quality. At the same time, the field investigation and statistics were made on the football facilities and the number of students who often participate in football in Fushun middle schools, and many experts and teachers engaged in football teaching were interviewed to listen to their opinions carefully and obtain accurate baseline data, and the data were analyzed in combination with interviews and historical materials. This paper finds the contradiction between the number of participants and the facilities in the development of football in Fushun, and makes a lot of research to solve this contradiction, and finds a way to solve this contradiction, that is, popularizing and developing five-a-side football in Fushun middle schools, and makes statistical analysis on the number of participants, exercise intensity, exercise time and athletes' sports injuries in many football matches. Furthermore, it proves that the popularization and development of futsal football in Fushun middle school is very feasible, which is of great value and significance to the development of middle school physical education. This paper expounds the measures and matters needing attention in developing and popularizing futsal football in Fushun middle school, and puts forward some relevant opinions, so as to promote the further development and improvement of football in Fushun.
