Zhuang language and Thai language originated from Baiyue language in southern China in ancient times.
There are many similarities or similarities in kinship terms, which are used for all male relatives of the same generation and older than their parents, and for all female relatives of the same generation and older than their parents.
Linguistics all over the world, including China, classify northern dialects of Zhuang and Buyi into the northern group of Taiwanese, southern dialects of Zhuang and Vietnamese into the central group of Taiwanese, and Dai, Thai, Lao and Shan languages into the southwest group of Taiwanese. According to the language and population distribution, the birthplace is roughly from Baise Debao Jingxi to Gaoping Province in Vietnam.
The standard Zhuang language takes Wuming sound as the standard sound, Wuming sound has no aspirated sound, and the northern cavity is strong. In Song Dynasty, after Di Qing suppressed the uprising of Nong Gaozhi, he moved all the way from Guangxi, his birthplace, to Yunnan (Yunnan Zhuang) and northern Vietnam (Dai Nong and Nong), the mountainous area in northern Laos (Lao Long's old audience) and Thailand (Dai).
The words used in Thai (Dai) and Zhuang were roughly divided from 1000 years ago (the pronunciation of human body parts and numbers was the same before 1000 years ago, and then the pronunciation of new words changed). Thailand or Dai people can bargain in Thai in Guangxi ethnic areas or Zhuang people can bargain without barriers in Xishuangbanna, Laos, Thailand and the Golden Triangle of Myanmar.
The pronunciation of Thai is close to that of Zhuang, and individual words in Thai are similar or even the same as Zhuang, but these words are few and only individual. People who can speak Zhuang will speak Thai closer to the standard, or it will be easier to pronounce him.
1, Thai
Thai is basically composed of monosyllabic words, which was created by King Langanxing of Sukhothai Dynasty in 283 BC/KLOC-0 according to Hewen. After 700 years of history, Thai today consists of 44 consonants and 28 vowels. There are five tones, which are divided into secular language, royal language and monk language.
Because Thai is a phonetic symbol and tonal language with five different tones, it often confuses foreigners who don't understand this culture. For example, Suea's different tones represent different meanings: Suea's falling tone is mat and mat; The rising tone is clothes.
Like many other languages in the world, Thai is a complex and diverse mixture. Many words in Thai come from Pali, Sanskrit, Khmer, Malay, English and Chinese.
2. Zhuang language
Zhuang language has two dialects, North and South, but the grammatical structure and basic vocabulary are basically the same. The two major dialects in North and South are roughly bounded by Yujiang and Youjiang, and extend to Guangnan and Yanshan in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
Northern dialect accounts for about 2/3 of the Zhuang population and is divided into 8 dialect areas, namely Tanbei dialect, Youjiang dialect, Guibian dialect, Liujiang dialect, Guibei dialect, Hongshuihe dialect, Qiubei dialect and Lianshan dialect. The southern dialect accounts for about 1/3 of the Zhuang population, and is divided into five dialect areas, namely Tannan dialect, Zuojiang dialect, Dejing dialect, Yan Guang dialect and Marvin dialect.
