Harbin Engineering University under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, formerly known as Harbin Institute of Military Engineering and Harbin Institute of Shipbuilding Industry. The entrance examination is divided into two parts: the initial examination and the second examination. The initial exam is the national entrance exam, including foreign language and management comprehensive ability.
